AADPRT ACTIONS

------------

Renewal deadline is SUNDAY!

We highly suggest you renew today if you haven't already. The AADPRT office is closed on weekends and can't assist with renewal issues.

Accounts not renewed by 8/31 will expire. Paid dues for the 25-26 membership year are required to submit abstracts, awards, and PA Symposium proposals and to serve on AADPRT committees.

Non-renewed Institution Dues (separate from Individual Dues and assigned to the first PA to renew), will cause ALL accounts to become inactive.

How to renew:

1) Log into to your account between 7/1 and 8/31.

2) Click the renewal button on your dashboard and complete payment. If you don't see a renew button, you've already renewed.

Registration, meeting at a glance, abstracts, awards

Registration deadline: 8/31

Abstracts & Awards deadline: 9/17

Submit your PA Symposium proposal

Whether you're an experienced program administrator (PA) or have a few years under your belt, share your ideas and best practices by submitting a proposal to present at the Annual Meeting PA Symposium. Proposal acceptance can help justify approval from your institution to attend the Annual Meeting and is an excellent resumé builder.

Some of the relevant topics that are trending among your colleagues:

  • AI tools/utilization
  • Recruitment (ERAS, NRMP, SOAP, the Match)
  • C-TAGME certification
  • Leadership skills

Deadline: 9/17

There are many ways to participate in AAMC advocacy, including through the AAMC Action grassroots network. AAMC Action advocates help preserve and defend the essential role academic medicine plays in improving the health of people everywhere. By participating in digital advocacy efforts, you help us amplify the voice of academic medicine and the patients and communities we serve on Capitol Hill.

It will take less than 2 minutes for you to send a letter to your representatives and tell them how important these issues are to the nation’s health and well-being.

Select from the options below to advocate on these critical issues, and sign up for our email list, and you’ll receive action alerts.
