DISCA Opens Talks with DC 711

The DISCA Labor Relations Committee will open talks this month for the renewal of the collective bargaining agreement with DC 711. The current three year agreement expires on April 30, 2018. Issues to be discussed will include: contributions to the IUPAT pension fund and H&W fund, drug testing, target fund contributions, and wages. The NERCC agreement remains in place through April 30, 2019.

December Construction Unemployment Rates Down Year-over-Year in 46 States
