School Happenings
Second graders at Riker Hill Elementary are learning that there are many types of scientists who study the world around us. As part of a recent science lesson, they were encouraged to use all of their senses to observe and record the first signs of fall... like acorns!
Collins Elementary students painted rocks to represent things that make them happy as part of a schoolwide "Do Happy" project!
Fifth graders at Burnet Hill Elementary used their science process skills to see what happens when they submerge Gobstopper candies in a Petri dish filled with water.
Harrison Elementary fourth graders recently learned all about regions of the United States while reviewing their map skills! Shown with her project is Vihana Shah.
It’s always a great time on the playground especially when fourth graders take a moment to pose for a fun photo at Mt. Pleasant Elementary!
