- 1/2 cup of coconut oil or add the following essential oils to your own cream
- 8 drops of lemongrass oil
- 5 drops of lavender essential oil
- 3 drops of peppermint essential oil
- 3 drops of ginger oil
- 3 drops of frankincense oil
