DIY ESSENTIAL OIL
RECIPE FOR
BACK PAIN
The best way to use essential oils for your back pain is with a therapeutic massage. You can visit a health care professional for a deep massage or try this recipe and massage your back yourself.**

For this recipe* you will need:

  • 1/2 cup of coconut oil or add the following essential oils to your own cream
  • 8 drops of lemongrass oil
  • 5 drops of lavender essential oil
  • 3 drops of peppermint essential oil
  • 3 drops of ginger oil
  • 3 drops of frankincense oil

Sit on a stool and use your fingers, palms and knuckles to massage the affected area. Try this soothing massage up to 3 times a day.**
