Dear friends,

Thank you for believing in our vision to honor DJ and keep his legacy alive through the DJ Henry Dream Fund. Looking back over the past 12 years is incredible and seeing all we have accomplished fills us with pride. In 2011 we started with a small scholarship of $900 and this year we are on track to reach $1,000,000 in giving! DJ would be proud!

DJ loved being a part of a team and always led with courage and respect. He was proud to be part of something bigger than himself and always gave 100%.

We now get to see that same love and dedication in the youth we support.

We could not have done it without you!

Thank you!

Boys & Girls Club of Martha's Vineyard
Every kid deserves a place. A place to feel safe. A place to feel connected. A place to belong. The Martha’s Vineyard Boys & Girls Club is such a place—where kids can go after school and during the summer to grow beyond the classroom.
Circus Up!

Circus Up is a Boston-based nonprofit that provides school, after-school, and community circus programs for youth. We get excited seeing our DJ Henry Dream Fund kids having a blast at Circus Up Camp.

Because of our supporters and donors, we are able to help empower young people to be the best that they can be in spite of their circumstances, allowing them to participate in programs like these.

DJ Henry Coaches Award Recipient: Wayne Casey
Each year, the football coach at DJ's Alma Mater, Oliver Ames High School, selects a player that embodies DJ's characteristics, hard work, teamwork, and community.

The recipient receives a $500 award and a plaque acknowledging their hard work. This year, Head Coach Ed DeWitt selected Wayne Casey.

Coach DeWitt writes...
"Wayne Casey is a senior captain and starting quarterback. Wayne was our best leader this year and consistently put the team before himself. He was always more concerned with team success than he was with individual success. He is a great kid who is in the National Honor Society and works hard day to day in the classroom and on the field. Last season when he was a junior he broke his neck during a game and rehabbed all off-season so that he could come back and play for us this year. We are proud of him!"
"Thank you, DJ Henry Dream Fund very much for your continued support"

From Wayne Casey:
To be able to say that I received the DJ Henry award is truly remarkable. This means more to me than winning any football game because my coaches and teammates saw a small bit of DJ within me. They saw something more in me than a typical high school football player.
I will forever be grateful!
