It is with great excitement that we write to you announcing DLR50’s latest update which debuts today. In this release, we have focused on the QA review process, introducing new features that aim to make rejections clear, concise, and easy to fix. 


***NOTE*** To view these changes properly, you may need to clear your browser cache (clear browsing data). Feel free to call or email our team for assistance.


Rejections made today forward will feature new functionality depicting the correction areas on the document scans themselves. To see these corrections, click the "Reviews" button.

A new window will open, displaying the list of corrections adjacent to the documents on the right side of the page.


When each correction is clicked, the system will scroll to the location on the document scan where the issue has been identified during QA review.  You may hover your mouse over the highlighted area on the document to display more details. 

When you are ready to resubmit corrected documents, simply close this window (or move it to an adjacent screen) and visit the “deal documents” tab.  Here you may upload your revised documents.


IMPORTANT: You must resubmit ONLY the corrected documents. 


  1. Do not resubmit all the originals. Only submit corrected docs or docs requested by the vendor during the rejection
  2. Do not delete previous documents. The system will clearly differentiate your older documents from those that are newly corrected. 
  3. Labeling your documents at time of upload will reduce the QA review turnaround time and speed up your overall review. 


During your initial QA review submission, please do not upload documents that were not requested on the processing guide checklist. This may lead to delays in your review turn around.
