Holidays 2020 Edition
Warmest Wishes
We know the winter chill doesn't put a freeze on your family matters.

When you need legal representation for family law, wills and estates or real estate, you can trust the experienced lawyers at Daunais McKay + Harms.
Making Merry
As this landmark year draws to a close we warm our hearts and toes by the fire and look forward to 2021.

Many people have felt the brunt of this pandemic year from the loss of jobs, businesses and sometimes homes, to the loss of loved ones. We are grateful at DM+H for what we still have, namely each other and a wonderful, caring, team of lawyers and staff.

From all of us to all of you, the best of the Holiday Season, and here's to 2021, it can not come too soon!
I. DM+H NEWS
Imogen Jenkins has no shortage of accomplishments in her budding career as a lawyer with Daunais McKay + Harms.
Imogen hails from Jasper. She is a keen outdoorswoman and a very accomplished skier. Her passion for the law shines through her work. In Contempt in Family Law Imogen gives us case examples and discusses seeking practical solutions in family law cases where the question of contempt arises.
Emily Koch provides us with the fresh eyes and ears that are so needed on long days of scrolling through endless documents. Emily is our resident book reviewer. She is a voracious reader when she not walking her dog, Tank. In Settlement Privilege and its Exceptions Emily discusses the frustrations that can occur during settlement discussions and what qualifies for the protection of settlement privilege.
