Progress for the 14,000 sf headquarters (and leasable space) for Belted Cow in Cumberland is moving smoothly and swiftly by using panelized construction techniques and trusses. The design is influenced by old barn structures and includes dormers and loft spaces to break up the facade and massing. Construction by Landry/French Construction.

Mark your calendars for Sunday September 1st for one of Main Street Bath's biggest fundraisers this year. Our good friend, Gerald Brann, will be headlining his band, Yellow Brick Road, a tribute to Elton John, at the waterfront park in Bath. There will be a beer tent and food trucks along Commercial Street. Tickets are $30 (kids under 12 are free) and are available here.

A natural gray palette is evolving at Breezy Bluff in Phippspurg. A stone veneer base evokes the large ledge at the edge of the ocean as the gray cypress siding and modern black windows offer unobstructed views out past Casco Bay to the Atlantic. Construction by John Totman.
