The Get Away

The Get Away project on the coast of Maine was just uploaded to our website. Perched on the rocky coast, the great room opens to the water with a 24' sliding pocket door that disappears into the wall. The center of the house, the great room also features a dramatic stone fireplace and a 20' kitchen island. Interior design by Bradley Bowden, construction by Oceanside Builders, photography by Jeff Roberts Imaging.
Engineered for Comfort

The Yarmouth Clipper was recently featured in the August issue of Maine Home + Design . This in-town, 3,500 sf house evokes the traditional style of Yarmouth, but with many modern features and details. DMA worked closely with the owners to create a house that is a direct reflection of the owners and how they live and entertain in their home. Construction by Floyd J Brown Jr Construction, photography by Jeff Roberts Imaging .
Yellow Brick Road

Well that was a huge success. If you missed our good friend, Gerald Brann, headlining his band, Yellow Brick Road, a tribute to Elton John, at the waterfront park in Bath over Labor Day, you might get a second chance next year. It was so much fun, and such a successful fundraiser for Main Street Bath, we just might invite the band back!
Stone Barn

The Stone Barn in Phippsburg  sits on a challenging site that needed a little rock removal. A lower floor garage allows the studio living space to be located on the upper floor, above the road. Douglas Fir posts will sit on a stone base and wood slat walls, evoking images of a modern barn. Construction   Chartier Building and Remodeling.
Bog Pond Cottage

The owner of the Bog Pond Cottage just sent us some progress photos of construction. The large windows facing the water are mesmerizing, and the modern touches throughout the design reflect the owner's aesthetic.
The Producers

The Studio Theatre of Bath presents: the Producers! This hilarious 1967 musical comedy written and directed by Mel Brooks will be brought to the Chocolate Church Arts Center October 10-13 and 17-20. Tickets are available here.
