The Colorado Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) would like to inform you of upcoming changes to in-person services currently offered at the DMV’s Pierce location in Lakewood.

Effective today, Monday, April 28, 2025, Driver Control in-person services will move from the Pierce location to the Westgate Driver License Office located at 3265 S. Wadsworth Blvd., #3A, Lakewood, CO 80227. This includes:

• Driver License Reinstatements
• DOT Medical Certification Submissions
• In-Person Driver Record Requests
• In-Person Ticket Payments

Effective Monday, May 19, 2025, Vehicle Services in-person operations will also move from Pierce to the Westgate office. This includes:

• 3 Dealer Titles Processed
• Commercial Vehicle IRP Services
• Other Non-County Title and Registration Services
• In-Person Vehicle Record Requests

Please note: The Pierce location will continue to provide driver license services.
