Join us for this fun, beginner-level class.
We will explore a variety of movements and breathing exercises proven to help reduce stress, and increase flexibility and strength. Practices like Tai Chi, Yoga, and Chair Exercise will be incorporated.

Young adults with disabilities are invited to participate in a fun program designed to equip, energize, and empower.
-
Through hands-on activities, artistic expression options, and real-life situations, participants will gain positive life skills: empowerment, leadership and creative expression.
- The camp can host a minimum of 8 students and a maximum of 12.
- Participants must be 14 years or older and capable of independent self-care or have support for their self-care.

Free Tandem Bike Loan Program | |
People with disabilities can borrow a tandem bike from DNEM to ride wherever, whenever, and with whomever they like! | |

- A tandem bike can be a bridge to independent bike riding by allowing a person to develop safe cycling skills.
- Borrowers must pick up and return the bike to our Troy office. Tandems can fit in most minivans and SUVs or on a bike rack.
