Consumers Receive Laptops
|
Thanks to a collaboration with AT&T, many our consumers received laptops.
Pictured here are Veteran Davon Johnson, his wife Najee, and their daughters Avah and Amour receiving one of the laptops. Mr. and Mrs. Johnson were completely surprised and grateful for the computer. They said, "We're not letting the girls get a hold of this, this is for us!"
| |
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to AT&T for their generous donation. All laptops have been successfully distributed. These devices are empowering our consumers by fostering additional independence, self-advocacy, and community engagement.

Consumer Experience:
"My daughter, Debra, enjoyed the classes and it was a perfect activity for her to share with her new respite provider. The classes were fun and easy to follow along with, especially with the emails that were sent ahead of each class that gave us the ingredients list and a sneak peek at the recipes. How fun to have such a tasty activity!
Due to Debra's physical limitations, it is sometimes a bit challenging to travel out to classes and activities, the ZOOM classes were a welcome option. Thanks again for including Debra, and we hope to see more ZOOM classes in the future." Sincerely, Dianna
