- No prior bowling experience is required. All abilities are welcome.
- All equipment is provided to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
- The cost is $12 per bowler, payable at the bowling alley. It includes 2 games of bowling and shoe rental.

In this 3-session class, you will move your body in gentle ways while paying attention to how you feel. You’ll learn to focus on your breathing and how your body moves to help you feel calm, relaxed, and strong. It’s a fun way to connect your mind and body!
