Central Ohio's Largest Irish-American Women's Organization
"American by birth, Irish by the grace of God!"
Hello Ladies of the Daughters of Erin,

We are quickly approaching Green Season, a time of Irish pride throughout the entire Central Ohio community.

The Clann Na nGael Dinner Dance on Saturday, Feb. 4 serves as the kickoff for the St. Patrick’s Day festivities. This event celebrates the deserving members representing the CNG organizations who are honored for the upcoming year.

Proclamation Day combines our religion, friends and family, an annual tradition. The biggest day and highlight each year is St. Patrick’s Day, when the Columbus Irish participate in Mass, parade, the Irish Family Reunion with Irish Dancers, the Shamrock Pipes and Drums, and so much more!

It’s “little things” that make the Irish community great. Why not consider just a small Irish resolution this year? Invite a friend or co-worker to attend a meeting! Volunteer to send a food dish to the next Irish bereavement. Are you available to work a shift at the membership table at the Irish breakfast, stuffing eggs, attending the annual Egg Hunt or helping bake scones, volunteering at theDublin Tea Room? We appreciate our members sharing their talents!

Keeping Irish in our hearts and actions is easy this time of the year. Your small part makes a great organization!

Thank you,
Sharon
