Central Ohio's Largest Irish-American Women's Organization
"American by birth, Irish by the grace of God!"

A chara,

Lá Fhéile Pádraig sona duit! Happy Saint Patrick's Day to you and your friends and family!

The countdown to the BIG DAY! Saturday, March 14 in Dublin, Ohio and Tuesday, March 17 in Columbus, Ohio.

We're so excited to share in the Dublin and Columbus Saint Patrick's Day parades! Margie Hess, Jessica Hedgecock, Sheila Hively, and the Parade Committee have been building an amazing parade float and costumes to highlight the Pirate Queen Grace O'Malley. View her amazing story on the homepage of our website.

We still have tickets available for the Irish Family Reunion to purchase. Contact me if you need some at 614-323-6941 cell.

Itineraries for the St. Patrick's parades are below.

Review the message from Parade Float coordinator Margie Hess.

We will be in both the Dublin and Columbus Saint Patrick’s Day Parades this year. The Daughters of Erin are celebrating Grace O’Malley “Gráinne Ní Mháille” with our ship float, pirates, and sea life in the parades. If you plan on walking in the parade(s), please dress as a pirate or sea creature to join in the fun. Please bring kids to walk with us and they may get to carry a sea life creature cutout in the parade(s). If you are still waiting for your custom costume that you have been measured for, please call whoever was working on it for you directly.

If you are unable to walk in the Columbus Saint Patrick's Day parade and want to ride in it with others, please call Peggy Shanahan or Becky Ellis to arrange for transportation. The details for each parade are below.

There are many other Green Season activities around the area, sponsored by our Clann na nGael organizations. Pace yourselves! I look forward to spending time with you all.

Watch for updates on stuffing Charity Easter baskets, April Meeting and so much more!

We're sharing photos and updates on social media:
