DOL Issues ARPA FAQs and Model Notices
Today, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) released various documents pertaining to the COBRA premium assistance provisions contained in the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). As OCA continues to review this new information, we want to provide our clients with the latest ARPA/COBRA updates.
