Department of Labor (DOL) Publishes Poster & Additional Guidance Regarding the Families First Coronavirus Relief Act (FFCRA)!
On March 24, 2020, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division (WHD) announced its first round of published guidance to provide information to employees and employers regarding the protections and relief offered by the FFCRA.

The DOL released a poster summarizing Non-Federal employee rights under the FFCRA and that can be found here ! They also released a poster summarizing Federal employee rights. That can be found by clicking here !
