Meet Our Summer Intern Kaylee
Kaylee worked with us over the summer, serving as a Masters of Social Work intern from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. She was kind enough to share her experiences over the past few months, working with participants as an advocate to ensure that they have access to the community resources they need. Kaylee helped participants break things down step by step when accessing social services and also served as a warm and welcoming presence for anyone in need of emotional support.

“I feel like we’ve maintained such a great group of participants who are engaged, who are active here at The Dignity Center…and even with everything changing they are still maintaining that resiliency, still showing up, still working on new goals and finding new ventures. It’s been such a cool experience for me.”

Thank you Kaylee for all you have done to help provide participants with the assistance they need to overcome life hurdles, reach their goals and achieve long-term stability!
