Summer Practice Reminders
  • Tennis shoes- All athletes should have a pair of tennis shoes at every practice. We utilize the running track outside during the summer on nice days. The athletes are allowed to keep a pair of running shoes in their locker all summer if that is easier for them to remember them every day!
  • Water bottle- As the weather gets warmer outside, so does the gym. It is important for the athletes to have a water bottle so they can get a drink any time they need it.
  • Healthy snack- Athletes should be bringing a healthy snack to every practice. Proper nutrition is important for the success and well-being of the athletes.
