An Important Message From DPR
LATEST UPDATE TO DPR'S OPERATIONS:
CLOSED UNTIL MONDAY APRIL 27, 2020
The District of Columbia Government has extended the modified operating status and prohibition on mass gatherings in response to coronavirus (COVID-19) until April 27, 2020.

To support the efforts of Mayor Muriel Bowser as the District faces an unprecedented health emergency, all DPR facilities, including recreation centers, aquatic centers, and playgrounds, as well as gated parks and athletic fields, are closed. All DPR facilities are scheduled to reopen on Monday, April 27, 2020.

Dog parks, skate parks, trails and open green spaces remain available for use by residents during normal hours.

Although certain outdoor amenities remain open, residents are reminded to continue to practice social distancing, even while outdoors.
SOCIAL DISTANCING DOESN’T MEAN INACTIVITY

Mayor Bowser and DPR have created special #FITDC workout classes that are broadcast on DCN (Channel 16), live on  Mayor Bowser’s Twitter , and on Instagram TV  @MyFitDC . Join along with the #FITDC team in your living room or take it outside to the yard or an open park (while practicing safe social distancing, of course).
-         #FITDC Seniors Classes  – Weekdays (M-F) at 9:00 a.m.
-         #FITDC Kids Classes  – Weekdays (M-F) at 3:00 p.m.
