DPS Employee Password Resets
Dear Team DPS,

On the evening of Monday, Jan. 16, all DPS employees were sent emails and text messages from DoTS instructing them to reset their DPS passwords. DPS is currently investigating certain suspicious activity detected on our computer network. Upon first identifying the incident, DPS secured the systems involved and commenced an investigation. As our investigation is still ongoing, out of an abundance of caution (and in accordance with cybersecurity best practices), we required all employees to reset their network login credentials.

If you have not already, please visit iforgot.dpsk12.org to reset your DPS password (follow the instructions here). Please note that to reset your password, you will need to have a personal email address on file. If you do not have a personal email on file, call the HR Connect Hotline at 720-423-3900 to have one added. The system will process the addition of your personal email overnight

If you have a personal email on file and continue experiencing issues receiving a code to reset your password, please call the DoTS Hotline at 720-423-3888.

Thank you for your patience as the DoTS and HR teams work through a high volume of calls to their hotlines.
