The department is providing professional themed backgrounds for employees to use during online meetings. The backgrounds are optional for employees to use and are available for download on the intranet.

Right click on the image
Save the image to your computer
Images can also be found on the DPS intranet, under "At Your Service" and "Graphics and Communications Support"

How to Install
WebEx Instructions
During a video call select “Audio” at the top of menu options.
Click on “Change Virtual Background.”
Click the “+” to add your image.
Select your saved image from where it is a saved on the computer.
MS Teams Instructions
During a video call mouse over the video you are seeing.
Multiple icons will appear. Click on the 3 horizontal dots.
Click on “Show Background Effects.”
On the right-side, options will appear. Click “Add new.”
Select your saved image from where it is a saved on the computer.
Click “Apply.”
It is recommended to have backgrounds set up before meetings/events begin. This can be done by signing in a few minutes early.
