Hello Fellow Democrats and ANTIFA followers,
On September 10th of last year, right-wing provocateur Charlie Kirk was assassinated. While the death of anyone is unfortunate, it should be noted that Kirk was not an elected official, religious leader or a former or current member of our military. He was a college dropout who rose to prominence by peddling Trump’s many lies to young people, mostly on college campuses across the country, and making himself a 12-time-millionaire in the process. His message, like Trump’s, was one of ethnic and religious hatred and division. The day after Kirk’s death, Trump ordered all American flags on U.S. properties to be flown at half-staff for three days out of “respect”, to honor his young acolyte.
On February 17th of this year, civil rights leader and two-time presidential candidate Rev. Jesse Jackson passed away. To note Jackson’s passing Trump did manage to go so far as to call him a "good man" with "personality, grit, and street smarts," but opted to NOT attend the civil rights leader’s funeral, like three former presidents did, because he was busy at the White House signing another of his many executive orders. There was no three-day period of national mourning declared, and no flags flown at half-staff for Rev. Jackson as had been ordered by Trump for Charlie Kirk.
Just this past Friday former FBI Director and former Special Prosecutor, Robert Mueller died at age 81. Just when people thought that Trump couldn’t stoop any lower than he had by only paying brief lip service to note the death of a civil rights icon, he managed to dive even deeper into the depths of depravity. The day after Mueller’s death, Trump posted on his Untruth Social account, “Robert Mueller just died. Good, I’m glad he’s dead. He can no longer hurt innocent people! President DONALD J. TRUMP”.
This, from the man who, during all three of his presidential campaigns repeatedly said, “I’m a UNITER, not a DIVIDER!” and promised to unite the country, both in word and in deed. His callousness, rudeness and divisiveness have done damage to this country that many believe may be irreparable. He needs to GO, and the sooner the better.
Stand Up! Push Back! Continue the Fight!

TRUMP LIES ABOUT EVERYTHING!
Refute the Republican Rhetoric
By Bill Peifer
On Saturday, Trump posted “Tina Peters, a 73-year-old woman with cancer, was given a nine year jail sentence in Colorado because she caught the Democrats CHEATING on the Presidential Election of 2020. FREE TINA! President DJT” on his UntruthSocial account.
For anyone not familiar with the name “Tina Peters”, she’s the former County Clerk from Mesa County, CO who was arrested in 2022 on 10 counts of violations of state law, and convicted in 2024 on seven of the 10 counts, including four felonies and three misdemeanors. None of those charges had anything to do with catching “Democrats cheating”.
Since her conviction and incarceration, Trump has repeatedly attempted to gain her release by bullying Colorado’s Attorney General and governor and more recently granting her a presidential pardon, the latter of which is meaningless since all of Peters’ convictions were on state law charges. So, what did Peters do to get her sent to prison for nine years?
In 2020, as County Clerk, Peters signed off on the results of a routine audit for Mesa County, stating there were no issues or discrepancies with the results of the 2020 election in the county. A random selection of ballots had been run through tabulators to confirm that the machines were functioning properly, and the counting of the ballots was 100% correct. In New Mexico, we do the same thing to confirm the accuracy of the vote count.
Despite signing off on the audit, Peters subsequently met with several election deniers who were promoting the idea of the 2020 election being illegitimate. She turned off the county’s surveillance cameras and provided fake credentials for a QAnon conspiracy theorist to give him access to the machines in order to make clones of the tabulators’ hard drives.
Three months later, copies of some of the files from those hard drives were presented at a conference hosted by MyPillow founder Mike Lindell as “evidence” of the unreliability of Dominion’s vote tabulators to fuel the theory that Trump’s defeat by Biden was because of Democrats rigging the election.
The bottom line here is that there was no “cheating” by Democrats that could have been caught. It was just a Republican County Clerk in a bright red county in Colorado giving election deniers the opportunity to “prove” that Dominion’s machines and its proprietary software could be tampered with, although no tampering of the machines’ “read-only” software was possible.
There is one other smaller lie in Trump’s post, possibly trying to gain sympathy for Peters. He referred to her as “a 73-year-old woman with cancer”. She had cancer 10 years ago and is now “being monitored” for a possible reoccurrence, just as many cancer survivors are.
