In ALL seasons, but especially in these times of pandemic, challenge and unrest, the YMCA is a safe space for ALL . Comm UNITY starts here… with each of us.

As we have all watched the events of the past week unfold, like you, we are saddened and unsettled.

What can we/you do? We invite you to join us in this healing journey and actively work together to strengthen community by choosing kindness over hate . What unites us is stronger than what divides us. Now more than ever, the first line of our YMCA mission – WE WELCOME ALL – has never been more important. Our Y values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility have never been more crucial to draw upon.

We must do better, and we must be a part of the solution. ALL people deserve the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive.

For Strength. For Community. For Change. The Y. For a better us.
