ConferencesNOV 17-21: Parent/Teacher Conferences - School ends @ 12:50

You should have received an invitation from your student(s) teacher to sign up for a Parent/Teacher Conference during the week of Nov 17-21. These are important check-ins with your child's teacher(s) to see how they're doing!

Each teacher handles their classroom sign-ups and makes every effort to provide a range of time-slots to accommodate families, especially those with more than one child at Miraloma. Check with your teachers for more info.

School will end at 12:50pm each day that week. After school programs will begin at 12:50pm.

inclusiveDEC 1-5: Inclusive Schools Week is just around the corner!

Save the dates! Inclusive Schools Week -- Dec 1 through 5 -- is an annual, nationwide, K-12 celebration of our year-round efforts to promote and build inclusive, welcoming school communities that embrace and support people of all natural and diverse abilities, sociological and cultural backgrounds.

It's a great week filled with unique awareness building activities for the children and community building. Students participate in a school-wide art and writing project, PE ability awareness activities, themed library readings, and we have an annual school-wide cultural potluck.

Next week we will post a sign up genius for the 50+ volunteer slots we need to make this amazing week happen.
