The SF Education Fund is partnering with the SFUSD & Mayor's Office & UESF to select the Mayor's Teacher of the Year recipients. It's time to get more Miraloma teachers nominated!
In the past, our own Hana Huang, 1st grade teacher, has won this award and many students saw when it was presented before a Giants game 3 years ago.

ASAP: Seeking Parent Recess Volunteer Coordinator

We are seeking someone to fill the role of Parent Volunteer Recess Coordinator. You will help revitalize our school's recess committee, recruit volunteers, and manage volunteering schedules (sign-ups, reminders, etc). We are looking to have robust community participation at our two daily recesses (9:30-10:05 & 11-12:40).

| MAR 1: PTA Board Nominations for 2015-16 School year |
Know someone who is interested in serving the Miraloma community by sitting on PTA Board? We are accepting nominations for open positions on the PTA Board for the 2015-16 school year.
Submit nominations by March 1st. Open positions: Volunteer Coordinator, VP of Programming, Secretary, Parliamentarian, and Auditor. Elections will take place on March 16th at the Joint SSC/PTA Meeting.
Our Nomination Committee members (out-going PTA Board members, Al Collins and Jean Kuwamoto) are happy to answer any questions you may have. And visit the PTA page for more info on each role.
