Volunteer at the FUN RUN!

There are still plenty of slots to fill for on-site volunteers this Sunday (including bakers/suppliers for the bake sale). Please consider signing up here.

And a special plea for an important volunteer role:

Kristen Jamieson has been Transportation Lead for the Fun Run for many years, and this will be her last year. The Run Co-Chairs would especially like someone to shadow Kristen at this year's RUN and consider taking over the job next year. If you can take this job on, or if you just want to know more, please sign up at the link above or email RUN Co-Chair Gedalia Braverman at

SingAlong REMINDER: New Sing-Along Schedule
Here is our new Sing Along schedule. This scheduling adjustment is based on the need for space due to our class-size increase.

Thursdays
8:05-8:30: 4th and 5th grade Sing Along
8:35-9:00: Chorus Rotation for 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade (once a month  per grade level)

Fridays
8:05-8:30: Kindergarten and 1st grade Sing Along
8:35-9:00: 2nd and 3rd grade Sing Along

Sing Along Norms will be posted and we ask that all adults  agree to these norms as an active participant:
  1. Students first: Please enter only after all classes have been seated. Please do not move any of the folding chairs placed for student use.
  2. Be mindful: This is student instructional time and part of the academic day. All conversations should remain outside the auditorium.  Please silence your cell phones.
  3. Think safety: Exits must be clear at all times by law. Please enter and exit through the back doors of the auditorium.
Sing Along is one of our favorite times of the week at Miraloma! When we all work together, each experience will be that much more meaningful.
