MAY 25: Fifth Grade Graduation
On Thursday May 25, we have the following celebrations planned:
  • 8-9am: 5th Grade Promotion Ceremony in the auditorium
  • 9-10am: 5th Grade Reception in the cafeteria
To help ensure that all parents can fit in the space-limited auditorium, we can only allow for 2 people per family to attend. (We have explored the possibility of using other spaces, but the barrier is that many schools in the district are holding similar events, so space and equipment are both very limited.)

Following the reception, some families may choose to take their 5th graders out for a celebration, but there are also many students who stay behind and have a lighter afternoon of school. If you choose to leave early with your child, be sure to sign them out in the office!

MAY 26: Teachers vs. Fifth Grade Kickball Game
Our annual Fifth Grade vs. Teachers Kickball Game will be at 12:40-1:30pm. Other grades come cheer them on. It will be a fun filled last day of school!
BY MAY 26: PTA Reimbursements
Please don't forget to pick up your PTA checks from the parent inbox at the school office.

kinderassignmentsAUGUST: Kindergarten Class Assignments
In order to create 3 balanced classrooms, build community, and to get to know all of our new students, Kindergarten teacher assignments will be made after the first few days of school. During the first few days, Kindergartners will begin the day together, rotate through all 3 classrooms, and end the day together. Final classroom assignments will be sent via email as well as posted at the school by the end of the first week.

Kindergarten families   are invited to the Kindergarten Orientation on Friday, August 12 at 3 pm. It starts with a 15 minute introduction by our Principal, Mr. Ingber in the Auditorium, followed by a visit to all three classrooms.
