SIGN UP NOW: Parent-Teacher Conf Week 11/27-12/1
Please sign up for Parent-Teacher Conferences!

Note that school will end at 12:50 pm each day during conference week (Nov 27- Dec 1) and our after school programs will begin at 12:50 pm.

Conferences are important opportunities to check-in with your child's teacher(s) to see how they're doing, so I encourage everyone to sign up for a slot.

Each teacher handles their own classroom sign-ups and makes every effort to provide a range of time-slots to accommodate families. Check with your teachers for more information.

Dec 5: STEAM Night at Denman Middle School
Denman invites all of their feeder schools' fifth grade families to their STEAM night on Tue Dec 5 @ 5:30-7:30pm! The evening will start with a short welcome and light dinner, followed by various STEAM activities, demos, and games.
It's a great way to see the Denman community in action, visit classrooms, and see students' work that you won't have access to during regular school tours!

VOLUNTEER

Miraloma Needs You! Please consider volunteering!
#1: CALL FOR AN AUCTION CO-CHAIR!

We still haven't filled this position -- know anyone who might be interested? Please send them our way!

2018 will be the 10th Annual Miraloma Auction and it is a smooth running machine with a rock-star team in place. We need an Auction Co-Chairperson to partner with our current (and seasoned) Co-Chair Catherine Homsey to help steer the team and make this the best auction yet!

The annual Auction is our school's single biggest fundraising activity of the year. Proceeds from the Auction fund a variety of student enrichment programs such as PE, the STEAM lab, outside science, dance, class field trips, healthy snack, literacy programs, and more.  Make a difference in your child's education and join the team!

Interested? Email volunteer@miralomasf.com for more information.
#2: CALL FOR ISW VOLUNTEERS!

Sign up to help with Inclusive Schools Week Ability Awareness Stations -- it's a great way to get involved just for an hour or two. Sign up now for Dec 5th or 6th.
