1. Will my old password work?
The first time you sign into DRDP Online 2023, you must reset your password.

Click on Forgot Password to create a new password for your existing account.
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the email.
- Create a new password:
- Eight characters long
- Upper- and lower-case letters
- Numbers, symbols, or special characters (@,$,%,*,!)
2. How do you create a class?
To set up a class, you must have an Administrator or Teacher of Record Plus Enrollment role. Go to the tab Set up Menu, then select Teacher Assignments and Rating Periods to create a new class. Then select the blue tab top right, +Add Teacher Assignments and Rating Periods. In the next window, name the class, select the Rating Period, Site, Teacher of Record and Teachers, and hit Save.
3. How do I move/re-enroll children from a previous rating period into the new rating period within the same agency by classroom (e.g., Spring 2023 to Fall 2023)?
- First create a class. (See question 2.)

Select the Classrooms tab on the left.

Select the site, the rating period where the children were previously enrolled (example: Spring 2023) and classroom, then select Search. To enroll ALL children from one class to another, select the blue icon under the re-enroll column.

Select the new rating period and then hit Save and Re-enroll.

Check the Input Rating tab to verify all children are enrolled in the class.
