Reminder for Lead Agency Administrators

to Lock DRDP Views

To ensure report functionality, WestEd will lock DRDP view selections on October 30, 2024. Please ensure you have selected the view for each age level that your agency, family child care home, or school district serves. It's important to remember that teachers cannot lock child records until the agency view is locked to ensure teachers are using the correct view for child ratings. This view cannot be changed until July 2025, when the new contract year begins.

For detailed information on DRDP domains and measures and their corresponding views and levels, please review this DRDP measures and views chart. The tip sheet and tutorial on selecting instrument views are helpful resources. For additional support, please schedule an appointment with the DRDP support team.
