DS|Manage360 v3.19  Update
Your DS|Manage360 site will be automatically updated to the latest version starting tonight at:  10:30 PM EST February 21, 2017 We expect this update may take up to an hour, during which time your site may be unavailable.
What's been added, improved, and changed:
  1. The Invoice Summary Report has been replaced by a new Billing Summary Report.  The new report shows all the invoices like the old report, but also includes the items remaining to be billed. In addition, we've also added a Division filter, new totals rows, better data formatting, and cleaned up some problems with invoices containing multiple work orders.
  2. Landscape Maintenance Routing Improvement - Search results at the bottom right of the route detail page will now exclude contract services that are not active within the route's start and end date range. The "To Be Routed" tab will now exclude older contracts that have end dates in the past. 
  3. Optimizations have been made to the Timesheet and Job Log retrieval process to reduce load times.  
  4. An improved data retrieval technology has been rolled out to reduce page load times when populating lists of unit types, job types, opportunity outcomes, material/plant/kit categories, etc.
  5. Added a new "Show Labor Totals" setting to the work order report accessible from estimates and jobs. Toggling this setting will display total labor hours at the Work Area, Kit, and report levels.
  6. When viewing the Work Order report from an estimate or job and not grouping by Unit Price, items with the same SKU and size will be merged together.
  7. The following reports have been improved to only show one row of data at the lowest level when using less than the maximum available grouping levels:
    • Sales Performance Summary
    • Employee Hours Report
    • Job Cost - Detail
    • Job Cost - Labor
    • Maintenance Job Cost - Detail
    • Maintenance Job Profitability
