DS|Manage360 v3.25  Update
Your DS|Manage360 site will be automatically updated to the latest version starting tonight at:  10:30 PM EST May 15, 2017 We expect this update may take up to an hour, during which time your site may be unavailable.
What's been added, improved, and changed:
  1. Maintenance Service List by Account report should no longer include optional services that were not won.
  2. Save & update occurrences when modifying routes should no longer affect work orders on other routes or unassign the crew. 
  3. Route List report for 1-4 crew members have been enhanced to better reflect visit durations.
  4. Showing Start/End times on a printed Route List is now optional. The first summary page now includes estimated completion time for different crew sizes, more room for notes, and an area to mark the work order complete.
  5. QuickBooks Integration improvements:
    • Improved auto-mapping to handle uppercase in one system and mixed case in the other system.  
    • Improved detection of the line that contains the street address in QuickBooks when the contact has a salutation specified or the record name is uppercase and the address has mixed case.
  6. Plants imported into estimate from DynaSCAPE Design drawings will now have the supplier explicitly set rather than just assuming the plant's costbook default is the selected supplier.
