DS|Manage360 v3.45  Update
What's been added, improved, and changed:
  1. New Maintenance Visits Report - This new report can be run by date range based on Service Completion. This report will show the service quantity of each service sold and will also show the price of each of the services sold.
        
  2. Maintenance Contract CancellationIndividual services on a maintenance job can now be cancelled via the small Actions button at the right of each service on the Contracts tab. Unscheduled visits and visits scheduled after the cancellation date will be deleted. This option will not be available for services included in contract when the job is on a periodic payment schedule or was prepaid.
         
  3. New Setting for Mobile App UsersThere is now a new employee role called "Foreman - Mobile" which will give a foreman access to timesheets via the new mobile app, but no access to anything else within DS|Manage360.
          
  4. QuickBooks Integration Tool - For those using our new QuickBooks integration tool, there is now a setting (in Manage360's Accounting Settings page) that allows you to choose where the invoices end up in QuickBooks. By default, invoices end up in a job record within a customer record. This new setting will allow you to skip the job record and just place the invoice in the customer record. The job record won't ever get created in QuickBooks if this setting chosen.  If you'd like to keep jobs in QuickBooks, and you've chosen to place invoices in jobs rather than customers, there is now an additional setting to specify when the job is added to QuickBooks via the sync.  You can choose "when the invoice is created" (which is the default) or you can change it to "when the job is created" so that you can start using the QuickBooks job record before you start your invoicing.
     
  5. Construction Scheduling - Crew colors shown on the scheduling calendar can be modified on all client sites that have the construction job management module active.

Fixes
  • The 'Refresh Kits' functionality will no longer show an error if some material in the kit changed from no production labor, to a specified labor type.
  • Resolved a data issue that could prevent the QuickBooks integration tool from completing a sync.
