Choosing a division for new work orders – If you have more than one active division within the company, you will now be prompted to choose which division a new work order belongs to. These ‘New Work Order’ buttons can be found on the following pages:
- Work Orders list page;
- Account Jobs tab;
- Scheduling – Add Work Order tool; and,
- Timesheet – Add Item tool.
Change orders ‘Included in General Conditions’ on new Work Areas – When adding new work areas to a contract, you can now adjust the ‘Included in General Conditions’ checkbox in change orders when modifying the work area.
Work order name in the Visits tab – T&M visits in the list on the ‘Visits’ tab on Maintenance Jobs will now show the name of the work order rather than “Time & Material.”
Sorting items in the Job Actuals – the list of items in the Job Actuals tab for Construction Jobs is now alphabetically sorted.
Removing an item on a Timesheet – The confirmation dialog for deleting an item on a timesheet will now appear next to the ‘delete’ button.
Notes from the Crew – The label ‘Crew Notes’ on the work order page has now been renamed to ‘Notes from the Crew’ for greater clarity.
