DSA Webforms

Anticipating the new CMS (Modern Campus), moving forward we will not be creating anymore Drupal Webforms (excluding Ecommerce). Access to create forms will been removed for all editors starting Aug. 1. Instead, we request that all webforms be moved or created on our NextGen Dynamic Eform System (for FERPA sensitive forms) and/or Microsoft Webforms. DSA Web will assist in this transition, and will reach out to each department in the Fall for steps moving forward. More information about each platform is listed on our DSA Web Editors Teams page.

Upcoming Plans for New CMS (Modern Campus)

We have been notified that the Division of Student Affairs will be included in the Phase II transition for the move to Modern Campus. “Phase I” is already underway with high priority sites such as Unt.edu, Registrar, Admissions etc. Phase II will begin this Fall. We hope to receive more information from UBSC about our next steps soon.

In anticipation of the move, please review your websites and delete old files, remove deadlinks and minimize content. Large overhauls to websites must be paused until we move to the new CMS. More information on how to aid in reviewing your sites can be found on our DSA Web Editors Teams page.

Mean Green Move-In Department Participation

As we come out of the pandemic and into a full fall experience, we want to make our students and their families feel more welcome than ever during move-in. As you capture photos of students, families and volunteers during move-in, please use the hashtag #UNT25 (this is the hashtag UBSC will use on the university’s main accounts) and #MeanGreenMoveIn2021 when you share photos to social media.

This will allow us the share your photos from the main DSA accounts to further the reach. We also will share the hashtags on signage in the residence halls in hopes that the students will use them in their photos too.

Here’s to a full fall experience for everyone!
