Information about the Direct Service Provider Training Stipend Program is available through the two green links below. Eligible DSPs can receive up to two (2) Six Hundred and Twenty Five dollar ($625) stipends (plus an additional One Hundred and Fifty dollars ($150) to cover vendor administrative costs) for completing approved training courses.
To participate, please follow these steps:
1. Provider: fill out and sign Training Stipend Agreement via Seamless Docs at: https://seam.ly/hxTOw9qm
2. DSP: create ARCA Learn account at: https://www.arcalearn.org/Login/Login.aspx
3. DSP: complete approved training course, and brief survey. Send employer the code of class or classes taken (i.e ARCA_DSP1). If you complete multiple classes, only the first two are eligible for stipend.
4. Provider: issue payment to DSP.
5. Provider: fill out and sign DSP Training Stipend Claim via Seamless Docs. Be sure to include start and end date of DSP's employment. https://seam.ly/RvNDXWLy
6. SCLARC will pay vendors within 30 days of receiving fully completed Claim.
