‼️IMPORTANT: VISIT NOTES‼️

We have received many questions regarding how to put in notes after a shift from your cell phone. Please remember the policy states that all notes should be in within 24 hours of your shift ending, but as a courtesy, we allow you to have until the following Monday at 8:00 am.

Reminder: Clocking In and Out

Please be sure that you are clocking in and out for each of your shifts. As DSPs serving Persons Served in the CES Waiver Program through the State of Arkansas, you are required by federal law (21st Century Cures Act - 2016) to clock in and out using EVV. The state also requires that you have clocked in/out using EVV in order for The Kistler Center to bill for a visit.

If you have questions about clocking in or out, please contact your assigned CCS.
