DSRIP First Quarterly Reports Posted
NYS DOH announced all Performing Provider Systems (PPS) Implementation Plans and First Quarterly reports are now posted to the NYS DSRIP website and can be accessed here.
The implementation plans and quarterly report were initially submitted in early August 2015. The submissions were subjected to review for a 30 day period followed by a PPS remediation period and final approval by September 30, 2015.

These plans include the Domain 1 & Project Implementation Plans submitted by each PPS to outline their steps towards the specific DSRIP requirements and projects. The documents also represent the first PPS quarterly report in which the PPS documented progress on their implementation efforts. The implementation plans and quarterly reports represent the efforts of each Performing Provider System (PPS) through June 30, 2015.

Each PPS will be required to provide updates on their progress towards achieving Domain 1 milestones in subsequent Quarterly Reports. PPSs will also have the ability to expand upon their initial plans in subsequent Quarterly Reports as their projects evolve through implementation efforts.

The HHSC of Texas posts their Regional Health Care Partnerships Learning Collaborative of 2015

We would like to share a recent Learning Collaborative Summit of the Texas State 1115 Healthcare Transformation Waiver, administered by the Health & Human Services Commission (HHSC), their "DSRIP" Program.

In December of 2011, HHSC received federal approval of a 5-year waiver that allows the state to expand Medicaid managed care while preserving hospital funding, provides incentive payments for health care improvements and directs more funding to hospitals that serve large numbers of uninsured patients. More information about their program can be found here.

Recently the Regional Healthcare Partnership participants attended a Learning Collaborative Summit. The focus of the program was to share outcome data and best practices from projects, highlight effective systems of care and discuss next steps for the future of the 1115 Healthcare Transformation Waiver. Guest speakers and DSRIP performing providers who participate in the waiver from across the state presented on shared learning and best practices. Here's a look at their accomplishments at Year 4! Click here for videos, click here for presentation materials.
