Out-of-date versions of programs put your overall safety at risk. Microsoft and other vendors continually provide updates to many of our go-to programs. I'll help with that.
Unsupported Microsoft programs - Microsoft ended support for Windows 7, Windows 8, Office 2010, and Office 2013. These are real security concerns that must be addressed.
The Spring Clean-up Service.
A 1.5- to 2-hour REMOTE* session allows me to evaluate your computer thoroughly. I'll clean up all the accumulated junk since the last cleaning. I'll make sure that your antivirus solution and firewall are working properly. I'll update out-of-date software as needed. I'll run virus and malware scans to ensure your important information is safe. And I'll test for signs of failing hardware.
