NEW PARENT PORTAL INTERFACE PROVIDES ACCESS TO STATE ASSESSMENTS: DUSD provides an online tool for parents and guardians to monitor how students are doing in school. The Infinite Campus Parent Portal allows parents and guardians to log in and access grades and assignments, view class attendance, and read messages from your child’s teacher or school. The portal was recently updated, with the new version easier to use on mobile devices and tablets. One of the new features is the ability to see state assessment results for your child. This includes the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) and the English Language Proficiency Assessment for California (ELPAC). ANNUAL PARENT PORTAL UPDATE FOR EXISTING STUDENTS: This is the time of year for parents and guardians to review and verify registration information for continuing students via the Parent Portal. Using the Infinite Campus Parent Portal Annual Update tool, you can update your family’s information easily from anywhere with an Internet connection.  The annual update process is to confirm or update your address, contact information, emergency contacts, and student health information. REGISTRATION/CHECK-IN EVENTS: The week of August 5, our school sites will host their registration/check-in events. These events provide an opportunity to turn in health forms, purchase spirit wear, buy yearbooks, add money to lunch accounts, receive teacher assignments/schedules, and much more. NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A NEGATIVE DECLARATION, PROMENADE SITE ACQUISITION: On July 18, 2019, the district gave notice that it had completed an Initial Study and Negative Declaration (IS/ND), for the future high school site, in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act. The results of the study indicated the proposed project would have no adverse effects on the environment. The Site Acquisition Initial Study and Notice of Intent to Adopt a Negative Declaration can be downloaded for review.

PUBLIC NOTICE OF MATERIALS RECOMMENDED FOR ADOPTION: On July 11, Consistent with California Education Code and the California State Board of Education procedures for adopting new textbooks and instructional materials, the Dublin Unified School District provided an opportunity to the public to view materials that will be recommended to the DUSD Board of Trustees for adoption.The following titles are being proposed for use in the elementary classes: The Great Shark Escape, Shark Attack, and Tentacles! The public may preview these materials through August 11 at the Dublin Unified School District office, 7471 Larkdale Ave., during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Materials are available for viewing only and may not be removed from the premises
DPIE BACK TO SCHOOL SPLASH!: Dublin Partners in Education (DPIE), along with its event sponsors, invite the Dublin community to its "Back to School Splash" event at The Wave. AREA 3 ELECTION SLATED FOR NOVEMBER 5: The   Alameda County Registrar of Voters   has produced the official calendar for the Dublin Unified School District (DUSD)  Trustee Area 3   elections. Those interested in running for the Area 3 Board seat should familiarize themselves with the  timeline and resolve any outstanding questions with the Registrar's office. WETIP ANONYMOUS CRIME/THREAT REPORTING: DUSD has a relationship with WeTip, a service that allows people to share anonymous tips about potential threats or crimes at Dublin schools and facilities. That information is shared with local law enforcement and district officials and responded to immediately.
