EARTH CONSTITUTION WATCH
UNDEMOCRATIC UNITED NATIONS: THERE ARE 188 NATIONS IN THE UN GENERAL ASSEMBLY DENIED REAL VOTING RIGHTS. THE UN CHARTER RESTRICTS ALL FINAL DECISION-MAKING TO THE FAILED UN SECURITY COUNCIL'S P-5 VETO POWERS (USA, CHINA, RUSSIA, UK & FRANCE).
PROPOSAL: BOLD, CARING NATIONS FROM THE UN GENERAL ASSEMBLY (UNGA) SHOULD JOIN FORCES WITH THE EARTH CONSTITUTION'S PROVISIONAL WORLD PARLIAMENT (PWP). A SMALL GROUP OF THESE CONCERNED NATIONS AND THE PWP SHOULD QUICKLY FORM A "STUDY GROUP FOR A NEW UN" TO IDENTIFY THE BENEFITS OF THE EARTH CONSTITUTION'S GOVERNING MODEL COMPARED TO THAT OF THE UN CHARTER. (THE EC IS A WORLD CONSTITUTION, WHILE THE UN CHARTER IS ONLY A SET OF TREATY AGREEMENTS BETWEEN 193 NATIONS.)
EACH PARTICIPATING NATION IN THE STUDY GROUP SHOULD APPOINT A LIAISON STAFF MEMBER TO COMMUNICATE AND WORK WITH PWP REPRESENTATIVES.
KEY QUESTIONS: WHICH GOVERNING MODEL IS MORE DEMOCRATIC? WHICH ONE HAS A BETTER CHANCE TO END WAR? TO ELIMINATE ALL WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION? TO BETTER PROTECT HUMAN RIGHTS? TO SAVE MOTHER EARTH?
[THE ABOVE STRATEGY RECOMMENDATIONS ARE THAT OF DWF PRESIDENT DR. ROGER KOTILA AND MAY OR MAY NOT REPRESENT THE VIEWS OF THE PRESIDIUM OR PWP. DR. KOTILA IS A MEMBER OF THE 5 MEMBER PRESIDIUM WHICH CARRIES OUT THE DIRECTIVES OF THE PWP.]

The "Greater Israel" stranglehold
Ending Israel's War on Peace
Jeffrey D. Sachs & Sybil Fares Consortium News
To make peace last in the Middle East, the U.S. must end its blank check to Israel’s perpetual wars and join the rest of the world to force Israel to live within its internationally recognized borders of June 4, 1967.
Zionist extremists like Netanyahu’s political allies, Itamar Ben-Gvir and Bezalel Smotrich favor Israeli control over parts of Lebanon and Syria, as well as permanent control over all of what was British Palestine.
America’s Christian Zionists, exemplified by the U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee, and a strong voter base of Trump, speak of God’s promise to Israel of the lands between the Nile and the Euphrates. Crazy stuff, but these are real beliefs, nonetheless, and they are conveyed in the White House.
EXCERPTS
The Iran War, and the other wars raging across the Middle East, trace back to one core Israeli idea, that Israel will permanently and steadfastly oppose a sovereign Palestinian state and will topple any government in the Middle East that supports armed struggle for national sovereignty.
It is crucial to note that the U.N. General Assembly has passed multiple resolutions, such as Resolution 37/43 (1982), affirming that political self-determination is so vital, that armed struggle in the quest for self-determination is legitimate.
The U.N. was born, in part, out of the determination to end the centuries of European imperial domination over Africa and Asia. Of course, there would be no cause for armed struggle if Israel would accept a political solution, notably the two-state solution that has overwhelming support throughout the world.
Netanyahu’s core goal may be summarized as Greater Israel. This means no Palestinian sovereignty, and no clear boundaries for Israel even beyond the boundary of historical Palestine under British rule after WWI.
Israel’s strategy is therefore regime change in every country that resists Greater Israel, a plan already foreshadowed in the famous political document “A Clean Break: A New Strategy for Securing the Realm,” written by U.S. Zionist neocons as a platform for Netanyahu’s new government in 1996.
We’ve had constant wars in the Middle East since then to implement the Clean Break vision. This has included the war in Libya to overthrow Moammar Qaddafi, the wars in Lebanon, the war to overthrow Syria’s Bashar al-Assad, the war to overthrow Iraq’s Saddam Hussein, and now the war to topple the Iranian regime. Democratic Party the more polite-looking face on the same evil power structure
Israel or Peace

Israel is a genocidal apartheid state whose entire existence is premised upon a strategy of unceasing violence and abuse in the middle east. As long as that state continues to exist in its present iteration, peace will never be attainable.
EXCERPTS
Israel is already aggressively sabotaging the Trump administration’s two-week ceasefire with Iran by slaughtering huge numbers of civilians in Lebanon, a nation which is explicitly off-limits for any attack under the ceasefire conditions agreed to by Tehran.
The U.S. and Israel are trying to claim that Lebanon is not part of the ceasefire agreement, but Pakistan, whom the U.S. appointed to mediate the agreement, says this is false. The New York Times reports that the White House took part in Pakistan’s public messaging which explicitly included Lebanon in the ceasefire conditions, before changing its tune after Israel attacked.
This serves as yet another reminder that the world can have peace or it can have Israel — but it cannot have both. Israel is a genocidal apartheid state whose entire existence is premised upon a strategy of unceasing violence and abuse in the middle east. As long as that state continues to exist in its present iteration, peace will never be attainable.
Meanwhile, Democrats in the U.S. House and Senate are finally moving on a War Powers Act to stop the U.S. president from going to war with Iran, and I’d say better late than never but at this point that would barely even be true.
Democrats like Chuck Schumer and Chris Murphy are currently slamming the president not for his horrifying mass atrocities in Iran but for losing the Strait of Hormuz and failing to achieve objectives like completely disarming their conventional missile program.
In their 2024 debate, Harris repeatedly slammed Trump for being too soft on America’s enemies and announced that she “will always give Israel the ability to defend itself, in particular as it relates to Iran and any threat that Iran and its proxies pose to Israel.”
I’ve seen a lot of people trying to argue that Trump’s depravity in Iran proves everyone should support Democrats, but it’s clear the Democratic Party is just the more polite-looking face on the same evil power structure.
The Grayzone’s Wyatt Reed has an article out about a freakish BBC piece which cited an anonymous Iranian who allegedly told them he supports the U.S. and Israel “hitting energy infrastructure, using an atomic bomb, or leveling Iran.” ...
Last month The Times ran an article titled “Some Iranians say one thing’s worse than bombs: no bombs”. Western powers are always aggressively pushing this self-evidently false claim that people in empire-targeted countries want bombs dropped on them, in much the same way slavery proponents argued that Africans were happiest as slaves because God made it their nature to serve.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: it’s impossible to have enough disdain for the western press.

Israel denies it is 'cancerous' despite its genocidal attacks (with US help) against Gaza, Lebanon and Iran
Pakistan's defense minister calls Israel 'cancerous' ahead of US-Iran talks in Islamabad
By Jacob Magid & TOI Staff The Times of Israel
PAKISTAN DOES NOT RECOGNIZE ISRAEL; ISRAEL WILL NOT BE AT TALKS
EXCERPTS
Israeli leaders overnight Thursday denounced the government of Pakistan, which is mediating the US-Iran ceasefire negotiations, after the country’s defense minister called Israel “cancerous.”
In a post on X, Khawaja Asif wrote, “Israel is evil and a curse for humanity,” and asserted that “as peace talks are underway in Islamabad, genocide is being committed in Lebanon.”
“Innocent citizens are being killed by Israel, first Gaza, then Iran and now Lebanon, bloodletting continues unabated,” Asif continued.
“I hope and pray people who created this cancerous state on Palestinian land to get rid of European jews [sic] burn in hell,” he said.
Israel's Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar condemned the “blatant antisemitic blood libels from a government claiming to ‘mediate peace,’” while echoing the Prime Minister’s Office in saying that “calling the Jewish state ‘cancerous’ is effectively calling for its annihilation.” "Israel will defend itself against terrorists who vow its destruction,” said Sa’ar.
Israel’s Ambassador to the US Yechiel Leiter also denounced the post, writing on his own account: “The Ayatollahs chanted ‘Death to Israel’ — and now a so-called ‘mediator’ is echoing the same language. You are not a mediator Mr. Asif, you are the problem. Even if it is to your dismay, Israel is here to stay. That’s not for negotiation.”
Asif later deleted the post, without offering an apology or explanation. READ MORE

Poisoned wells,a million uprooted trees: Israel's intentional environmental terrorism to force out Palestinians and Arabs
Finally, a Member State of the European Union dares to denounce the preferential agreement that the EU has with Israel
Alicia de los Angeles Roda DWF NEWS
| | |
11 April, 2026
In April 2026, Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez has strongly denounced what he characterizes as "double standards" and preferential treatment within the European Union (EU) regarding International Law, and mainly on the Agreement that the EU maintains with Israel.
When I was conducting research on Environment to write my Thesis (2011-2015) “La condicionalidad medioambiental en la Acción Exterior de la UE” (The Environmental Conditionality of EU Policy in International Relations), I was caught in my innocence by some disturbing Environmental information with regard to Israel’s environmental relationship with the Palestinian Territories, I had to point out that Israel caused intentional environmental damage, including: “indiscriminately fencing off some areas causing animal mortality, and deliberately salting and contaminating certain areas (including freshwater wells) that it was allocated to displaced Palestinians and Arabs.”
In fact, one of the events I collected was that “on December 10, 2014, when Ziad Abu Ein, a Palestinian minister without portfolio in charge of settlement management, died while planting olive trees in Turmusaiyya (West Bank) after a brutal attack by Israeli soldiers and border police.” As a researcher I observed: There is no record, till this date, that the EU has denounced any environmental non-compliance in its relations with this State.
It is important to remember that Israel's relations with the EU have a long history, dating back to the signing of the Cooperation Agreement between the two parties in 1975. Subsequently, from November 1995, these relations were framed within the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership. Israel, in general terms, has always recognized the value of the Barcelona Process as an international forum where it has been able to engage with its Mediterranean partners and with all EU Member States, and obviously it has maintained its interest in participating in it. Legally, relations with the EU are governed by the Association Agreement (AA) signed with Israel in Brussels on November 20, 1995, which entered into force on June 1st, 2000.
Israel's heinous crimes routinely overlooked by the EU
Throughout these decades and up to the present, Israel has violated the Palestinian Territories with all kinds of cruelties, killing, stealing, displacing thousands and thousands of Palestinian families, how many? we do not even know for sure, but we do know that they have uprooted a million olive trees, some of them centuries old, along with a million families.
It has always been questionable, in any case, why and how does the EU tolerates the violation of all kind of rights by Israel? Article 6.1 of the Treaty on European Union (TEU) of Amsterdam, in force since May 1, 1999, already stated that: “the Union is founded on the principles of freedom, democracy, respect for human rights, fundamental freedoms and the rule of law, which are principles common to the Member States.”
Human rights are considered an explicit objective for the EU, and the Lisbon Treaty continued along the same lines of values. Article 21 of the Treaty on European Union (TEU) of the Lisbon Treaty expressly recognizes that "The Union's action on the international stage shall be based upon the principles which inspired its creation, development and enlargement and which it seeks to promote in the rest of the world: democracy, the rule of law, the universality and indivisibility of human rights and fundamental freedoms, respect for human dignity, the principles of equality and solidarity and respect for the principles of the UN Charter and international law." We may also see the "EU Charter of Fundamental Rights."
EU controlled by Zionists?
In fact, within the framework of EU External Action, one of the oldest instruments in agreements with third countries has been the inclusion of the so-called "democratic or human rights clause" since 1992. This mechanism has been highly useful in the agreements established between the Union and third countries in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as in its pre-accession policy. It has also been useful with other third countries. However, this entire fruitful tradition, this hallmark of the EU, seems to be managed with a different set of standards when it comes to certain countries. The level of engagement that the EU maintains with Israel is the highest that a non-European country can achieve. Thus, Israel has had access to practically everything, except "in theory" to the European institutions, and I put this into quotations marks because, as Netanyahu stated unequivocally last year (2025) "our hands reach everywhere."
The EU's agreements with Israel have allowed free trade of all industrial products without customs duties or charges, including the liberalization of agricultural products, sometimes produced in the occupied Palestinian territories (Gaza, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem). This has only elicited timid "some disagreement" between the Zionists and the EU, highlighting the existence of EU relations in the international and environmental spheres that are full of double standards depending on the State with which the EU maintains relations.
The EU principles contained in Cooperation Agreements (CAs), Association Agreements (AAs), or similar agreements, agreed upon with countries and regions, are in practice sacrificed to geostrategic or market interests. But there is no case as blatant or as heartbreaking as that of Israel, committing crimes for 70 years and a genocide of unimaginable cruelty since October 7, 2023—an attack also planned two decades earlier by the Zionist State itself with a dozen Mossad spies posing as Hamas Palestinians. Israel planned everything from within and without. Since then, they have continued implementing their Roadmap: Palestine, Lebanon, and most recently, the attacks on Iran, on its schools and hospitals. The modus operandi is always to cause the greatest possible damage.
Uniting around the Constitution for the Federation of Earth
How long will the EU remain complicit? How long will the United Nations continue to violate its own Charter? The time to respond has already expired, the International Society (IS) must give a strong response. Let us unite around the implementation of a "World Constitution" by and for all, under the auspices of the Provisional World Parliament (PWP). The World Constitution will be updated in a few months during its Fifth Constituent Assembly. We welcome the participation of Nations and Peoples to build together the Federation of the Earth, a World of Respect that we all deserve.

Iran, a Muslim nation, operates the world’s only fully interest-free (riba-free) banking system--usury is a major sin according to the Quran, and forbidden
All Wars Are Banker's Wars: Iran and the Bankers' Endgame

“The powers of financial capitalism had another far reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole.” —Prof. Caroll Quigley, Georgetown University, Tragedy and Hope (1966)
EXCERPTS
This was followed by a 2007 Democracy Now interview in which Gen. Wesley Clark revealed that weeks after 9/11, he had been shown a classified Pentagon memo outlining plans to “take out seven countries in five years”: Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and finishing off with Iran. The first six have since been destabilized or regime-changed. Iran, considered the ultimate prize for Middle East dominance and oil control, remains the last one standing.
Why those seven, and why was Iran the ultimate prize? Greg Palast’s 2013 article titled “Larry Summers and the Secret ‘End-Game’ Memo” supplied the missing financial logic. In 1999, the world was opened to unregulated derivatives trading, so that sovereign bonds, oil flows, shipping routes, and war-risk policies could all be collateralized, rehypothecated (pledged multiple times over), and gambled upon. The lynchpin was the 1997 WTO Financial Services Agreement (the Fifth Protocol to GATS), which became operational in 1999.
None of the seven targeted countries joined the WTO, and they were also not members of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS). That left them outside the long regulatory arm of the central bankers’ central bank in Switzerland. Other countries that were later identified as “rogue states” were also not members of the BIS, including North Korea, Cuba, and Afghanistan.
As for Iran, it is not only the largest and strongest of the Islamic countries but operates the world’s only fully interest-free (riba-free) banking regime. This stands in direct contrast to the conventional Western model, which relies on interest as its primary revenue mechanism. “Money making money out of itself” underpins the global derivatives complex, which is built on rehypothecated, collateralized debt-at-interest.
So what did it matter if Iran and a handful of other countries declined to join in this lucrative bankers’ game? The risk was that when depositors and shareholders realized that they did not actually own their funds, they would move their assets to those safe zones. The holdout countries were also safe from the sort of sanctions imposed by Western governments (and enforced by Western banks and clearing houses) on Russian central bank assets after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in 2022.
Leading this band of holdouts was Iran, which since its 1983 Law for Usury-Free Banking Operations has run the world’s only fully interest-free (riba-free) banking regime. Its banks use Sharia-compliant contracts — profit-sharing (musharakah), cost-plus financing (murabaha), and leasing (ijara) — instead of charging or paying interest. This banking model stands in direct contrast to the conventional Western model, which relies on interest as its primary revenue stream and underpins the global derivatives complex with collateralized, rehypothecated debt.
Iran’s system was designed to eliminate usury and align finance with real economic activity and risk-sharing rather than speculative debt. It has long been viewed as structurally incompatible with the interest-based, collateral-heavy architecture of City of London and Wall Street finance — an architecture that requires perpetual debt servicing and easily rehypothecated assets to feed the derivatives machine.
By rejecting interest at the national level, Iran has thus insulated itself and its financial partners from the control grid that has made the global “Great Taking” possible.
Long-range political solutions are possible. Congress could restore Glass-Steagall and impose a financial transaction tax. State governments could withdraw their approval of relevant portions of the UCC and form public banks that can protect against local bank bankruptcies. (See my earlier articles here and here.)
But the immediate need in the current context is to settle the conflict with Iran, and settle it fast, before another black-swan shock ignites the derivatives daisy chain and activates the final Great Taking on a global scale.

Bypass the failed UN Security Council: A World Parliament Arises
EARTH CONSTITUTION WATCH
Roger Kotila, Ph.D. DWF NEWS
At one time I described the Constitution for the Federation of Earth (aka Earth Constitution) as a "gift to humanity." Why? Because the United Nations can't do its main job due to its fatally flawed UN Charter.
The Earth Constitution, drafted over a period of 30 years by the World Constitution & Parliament Association (WCPA), has the potential to resolve this dilemma of the UN not being able to end war, eliminate nuclear weapons, or adequately insure human rights and protect the environment.
Psychopaths & criminal nations
As a psychologist I have explained in my own writings (www.earthfederation.info) that from a psychological point of view world (federal) government is clearly necessary. Why? One reason is that among the nations there are a wide variety of leaders, but predictably a few will be psychopaths -- without empathy or conscience.
These psychopaths are protected by the absolute sovereignty positioned in the UN Charter. As a result, history proves that there are nations that invariably become criminal -- both inside and outside, and the UN stands by helplessly. Countries like Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Egypt, and Myanmar come to mind, as do powerful bully nations like Israel, US and Russia.
Israel and the US, it can be argued, are examples of violent rogue nations as exposed in this issue of DWF NEWS. Claiming the right of "self-defense" these nations' leaders routinely commit world crimes against weaker nations and peoples (eg, genocide against Palestinians) with impunity, mocking the UN. The defective UN Charter prevents the UN from stopping their war crimes and crimes against humanity.
A small group of world citizens and world federalists since World War II knew the UN as structured could not end war or eliminate nukes. I like to say that I stand with "Einstein on Peace" (Nathan & Norden, 1981), and the analysis by Einstein and other world federalist turned out to be tragically correct: Without world government we could not end war, eliminate nukes, or protect human rights. The UN is not a world government.
Earth Constitution solution for a "new UN"
World citizen visionaries (WCPA) anticipated the solution and drafted the Earth Constitution, designed to replace the UN Charter. There is a growing Earth Constitution movement by activists to establish Earth Federation government.
Earth Federation government is essentially a citizen's movement to establish a "new UN." It's actually happening.
One goal is to replace the failed UN Security Council with the Earth Constitution's World Parliament. There will be a House of Nations and a House of Peoples.
The new government's design insures there is no world dictator. The governing model is parliamentary, not presidential. There is no president of the world. Instead the World Parliament selects 5 of its members to form a "Presidium" to coordinate the decisions of the Parliament. (I am a member of the Presidium, hence have an insider's view.)
Personally, I feel that the intellectual foundation for Earth Constitution world government has been successfully completed (see the series of books by Dr. Glen T. Martin). We are strong in our moral, ethical, political, legal and psychological arguments.
We are weak in finances, mainstream media attention, and working relationships with national governments. We can empower the UN General Assembly once they agree to join forces with us starting perhaps with forming a "Study Group for a New UN."
[Responsibility for the above analysis and strategy proposal is solely that of the author, Dr. Kotila, and may or may not have the approval of the PWP, or Presidium, of which I am a member.]
