EARTH CONSTITUTION WATCH

One of the essential features in the Earth Constitution which is missing in the UN Charter, is a World Judicial and Enforcement System to back up the Constitution's list of basic universal rights for all people, everywhere.

Consider for example how the UN is unable to bring to Court US President Trump, US War Secretary Hegseth, and Israel's Prime Minister Netanyahu. These leaders are suspected of being responsible for war crimes. Proper justice would have them tried in a Criminal Court where they could defend themselves. But the UN Charter lacks a World Judicial system which could arrest and prosecute such alleged world criminals -- even though the international crimes would likely include mass murder and genocide.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) also lacks the power to arrest and detain these powerful individuals. There is no sheriff in town at the global level, no world federal marshals to take alleged world criminals into custody for trial in a World Court.

The design of the Constitution for the Federation of Earth (aka Earth Constitution) corrects this World Judicial System flaw in the UN Charter which has meant that criminal leaders are above the Law, are allowed to commit world crimes with impunity.

The easiest path to a “justified” nuclear strike would be a 9/11 style event staged by Israel on US soil. This would probably get Trump to push the button. However, if that doesn’t work, it seems likely if not probable that at some point, Israel will just manufacture some atrocity on their own soil and say “our existence is being threatened” and launch the nukes.

It is completely impossible that the Israelis believed “kill the Ayatollah and democracy will sprout limbs and crawl up out of the Persian Gulf like a Paleozoic Era tetrapod and waddle into Tehran” theory. Bibi is a lot of things, but he’s not retarded. The Mossad has all of the electronic spying data and the best human intelligence of any intelligence agency in the world. They’re not going to fall for bullshit any first year polisci grad student would laugh at.

The possibilities being presented on the podcast circuit are that Trump can either give up and surrender, meeting most or all of Iran’s demands, including removal of US troops from the region, an end to Israeli aggression, and allowing Tehran to charge a toll on the Strait, or he can keep bombing until he runs out of bombs while the global economy collapses, and Iran will remain in the driver’s seat indefinitely.

If we take this view, then we have to ask why it is that Bibi pushed so hard for this war. Either of the two stated potential outcomes puts Israel in a much worse situation than they were before the bombing.

So then: what was Bibi’s plan?

The only possible answer to that question is that Bibi planned to set the stage for a nuking of Iran. Not just a single nuke dropped on Tehran, mind you, as that wouldn’t really solve anything, but dropping 15-20 nukes and attempting to completely end the civilization.

Trump must have at least heard of this plan (presumably after his “48 hour war” started), given the language in some of his Truth Social Posts, which has included “a whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again.”

It is simply a factual matter that the only possible thing Bibi could have been thinking was that he would be able to trigger a series of events that would lead to either Trump nuking Iran or Israel being “justified” in using their own nukes. He would prefer the former, but will settle for the latter.

The Chinese have come to this same conclusion I have, though they haven’t stated it outright. “Unofficial” (or maybe “semi-official”) China state spokespeople have said that if Israel does use nukes, “it will cease to exist as a country.” Though issued lowkey, that is a very high key threat from a country that is capable of making good on it. Maybe that will deter Bibi. I doubt it.

18 Apr 2026 – Many people are saying that Donald Trump is insane. He may be. So too Benjamin Netanyahu. But if so, it is a form of insanity that includes the calm sanity of Adolf Eichmann and Harry Truman as they went about their business of mass extermination.

Crazy, to use the vernacular, is an elusive word nearly impossible to define, especially when an entire society can be crazy, as Erich Fromm, the German-American social-psychologist, has argued. Obedience is a much touted virtue, not only in overt police regimes but in so-called democracies – but obedience to whom? To mass murderers?

Adolf Eichmann was declared “perfectly sane” by a psychiatrist who examined him when he went on trial for his routine daily tasks of carrying out Hitler’s orders to exterminate Jews. It was just another day at the office for Eichmann.

Harry Truman was not examined after he ordered the dropping of atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki; he was assumed to be sane in committing these satanic crimes of mass murder. ...

If Donald Trump is insane, how did he twice become the president of the United States? Do “sane” people – the well-adjusted ones? – not realize that Trump is the nominal head of an immense system whose history is one of mass murder from Wounded Knee to the recent U.S. slaughter of hundreds, mostly young girls, at the elementary school in Minab, Iran.

Trump gave the orders, but he did not launch those missiles. Nor did Netanyahu massacre Palestinians with his own hands. ...

The “sane” obedient ones do the killing; the soldiers who carry out orders. As the Trappist monk Thomas Merton wrote in his profound book of essays, "Raids on the Unspeakable", in 1966:

It is the sane ones, the well-adapted ones, who can without qualms and without nausea aim the missiles and press the buttons that will initiate the great festival of destruction that they, the sane ones, have prepared. ... Israel became a nuclear power in secret. This secret was shared, sanctioned, and at times, willfully ignored by the top political and military officials of the United States since the Eisenhower years, according to Seymour Hersh’s "The Samson Option." Hersh reveals the political, diplomatic, and military repercussions that have for decades been concealed from the world. As the 2025-2026 Israeli-American war on Iran escalates, the U.S. President, diplomats and spokespersons still refuse to mention or talk about Israel’s nuclear arsenal. While insisting that Iran have zero uranium enrichment for civilian use.

The American government and people are primed and coached not to see what they do not want to see. Presidents and people must turn a blind eye towards Israel’s nuclear capacity while paying lip service to the goal of nuclear nonproliferation. We are to remain ignorant and oblivious of one of the classic clandestine operations of our time: Israel’s spectacular underground nuclear facility in the Negev Desert, where Israeli scientists began manufacturing nuclear warheads in the late 1969s. The money for the nuclear program was raised in America and Europe, and the early technology was acquired with the aid of France. People in America and around the world must realize the hypocrisy of the American policy of publicly pretending that Israel’s nuclear arsenal does not exist.

Israel regime ethno-supremacist, Goyam as subhuman     

America, and its allies, are also primed and coached to ignore the fact that Israel is a genocidal, illegitimate, ethno-supremacist regime which considers itself a master race, a chosen people, and everyone else to be Goyam or subhuman. The American regime, with the collective white supremacists allies wants to help the Israeli barbarians control the lands from the Nile to the Euphrates according to the buffoonish U.S. ambassador, Mike Huckabee. 

Popular author Roald Dahl in the Literary Review, following Israel’s 1982 massacres and destruction in Lebanon, writes: “Never before in the history of man has a race of people switched so rapidly from being much-pitied victims to barbarous murders. Never before has a race of people generated so much sympathy around the world and then, in the space of a lifetime, succeeded in turning that sympathy into hatred and revulsion” (The World After Gaza p. 40). Israel, today, with its ideology of Greater Israel, should not and must not possess nuclear weapons. 

The Nazification of Israel

A year after the Six Day War, the Israeli historian Jacob Talmon wrote: “I am not enough of a chauvinist to believe that the Jews are exempt from the snares and perversions which lie in wait for all mankind…For an Israel which lost its bearing --- Jewish, liberal, and idealistic --- would become repulsively similar to the arch persecutors of Jews” (The World After Gaza, p. 42). Obviously, Talmon is referring to the Israelis persecution of Palestinians. And, philosopher Yeshayahu Leibowitz who would win the Israel Prize in 1995, warned against the “Nazification” of Israel (p.42). Clearly, such a country should not be in possession of a nuclear bomb.

A few questions to consider. Can the world afford to pretend that Israel is not a nuclear power because to do so would raise difficult issues? Can any international agreements to limit the spread of nuclear weapons be enforced if Israel’s bombs are not fully accounted for? Can Iran and other Muslim nations truly be expected to ignore Israel’s possession of atomic weapons simply because the weapons are not publicized? Should Israel, because of its economic, military, and widespread emotional support in America, be held to a different moral standard than Pakistan or North Korea, India or Russia?

Of course, Israel has a well-thought-out nuclear strategy, and if sufficiently threatened – as they are increasingly being during the current war with Iran, they will use it. That strategy includes what they see as “The Samson Option.” Samson, according to the Bible, had been captured by the Philistines after a bloody fight and put on display, with his eyes torn out, for public entertainment in Dagon’s Temple in Gaza. He asked God to give him back his strength for the last time and cried out, “Let my soul die with the Philistines.” With that, he pushed apart the temple pillars, bringing down the roof and killing himself and his enemies.

For Israel’s myopic nuclear advocates, this selfish, narrow-minded disregard for others, became their way of saying “Never again.”

As if the Jewish people are incomparably unique; for example, Indigenous Americans, the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade, the Extermination of the Herero in Namibia, Arminian genocide, Hiroshima/Nagasaki, have  all experienced their own Holocaust, In fact Zionist Israelis seem to say that “we will mimic and inflict our experience on the Palestinians.” We cannot continue to let the crimes of the past be an alibi for current atrocities.

As trite as it sounds, in the words of Desmond Tutu “There’s no future without forgiveness.” For the sake of Humanity I hope Israel can find a better Option than Samson.

We must not forget United Nations Resolution 71/258: 

The Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW) includes a comprehensive set of prohibitions on participating in any nuclear weapon activities. These include undertakings not to develop, test, produce, acquire, possess, stockpile, use or threaten to use nuclear weapons. 

And, The Constitution for the Federation of the Earth, Article 4.2 which states:

Supervise disarmament and prevent rearmament, prohibit and eliminate the design, testing, manufacture, sale, purchase, use, and possession of weapons of mass-destruction, and prohibit or regulate all lethal weapons which the World Parliament may decide.

On February 8, 1996, in Davos, John Perry Barlow launched the "Declaration of the Independence of Cyberspace," which proclaimed the sovereignty of the Internet against any government regulation. He argued that cyberspace was an independent global space, immune to the tyrannies of "giants of flesh and steel."

Exactly three decades later, in April 2026, we find ourselves once again faced with a curious, if not terrifying, Manifesto, this time published by Palantir Technologies (founder Peter Thiel) associated with the ideas of its CEO Alexander C. Karp (also co-founder), who has published the book entitled “The Technological Republic” which consists of 22 ambitious points, outlining an aggressive vision on technology, national security and the future of the West.

Palantir, American technology, war and Western civilization

The document highlights the reshaping of all governmental and global institutions through the constant technological revolution. It advocates for the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into military weaponry, Western rearmament (recommending mandatory military service, abandoning the model of exclusively voluntary armed forces; Germany already joined this suggestion a month ago, and other governments also want to comply). The document also questions current values ​​of diversity and inclusion, promoting technological supremacy instead. Palantir argues that American technology should be at the service of war (as is happening today) and defends "a Western civilization" whose main component is AI, essential to a national sovereignty that is already being completely usurped from the Peoples.

Palantir, organized as a “Technological Republic,” is dedicated to warfare, betting on a “hard power” based on software—a living, constantly updated and improved software applied to the military industry, especially the American one.

This manifesto has generated strong controversy, being described by some sectors as a defense of “technofascism” and provoking reactions regarding the role of AI companies in warfare.

Palantir, which for years has been dedicated to big data analysis with AI—essentially, spying on the trail of information we all leave on the Internet—has been refining its tools, making them increasingly sophisticated for use in security and defense. As a matter of fact, Palantir was founded after 9/11 (an attack, like many others, that was a false flag operation) and uses software that is constantly evolving to specialize in US defense and security.

Palantir's software helps US & Israel commit world crimes 

In reality, their software is used in US and Israeli aggressions against the State they want and the people they desire, as well as in ICE raids on migrants in the US; the kidnapping of President Maduro and his wife, and so on. 

These are their "first tests," just like the annihilation of Palestine, Lebanon, and now Iran. If no State curbs the power of arms companies—in this case, technology companies—this hard power of techno-fascism will continue.

These elites have already given themselves a name: "the Technological Republics." They've arrived to subjugate everything in their path—nature, people, animals, everything. Furthermore, they are declaring nuclear weapons obsolete because their software can be more deadly and efficient. Yes, we have already seen it: the US and Israel carefully select schools and hospitals to bomb. I remind you that they are the "soulless republics." They have been testing and experimenting for decades, ever since they declared their independence from cyberspace in 1996, but ordinary citizens did not quite realize what was coming.

This elite group of wealthy and influential individuals, roughly one in a million, is fully trained in their technological domain. They want nothing to remain untouched because they operate in the shadows, serving Zionism, primarily based in the West (especially in Israel, the US, the UK, Germany, Argentina, etc.) but permeating the entire world through its networks of espionage and extortion.

Only the United Nations (UN) would be able to confront the terrible violent events looming over the world, events that are slowly destroying States and Peoples. But we all know that the UN is doing nothing to reverse the cruelties inflicted upon humanity. The General Assembly (GA) is trapped by the UN Charter, which defers everything to the Security Council; in other words, decisions are vetoed, and the Planet continues to be destroyed.

However, a response is required, as a colleague from the Provisional World Parliament (PWP), Dr. Julio Mas Estellés, pointed out, reminding me of the binding nature of the “Millennium Declaration”: “We solemnly reaffirm, at this historic moment, that the United Nations is the common and indispensable home of the entire human family, through which we will seek to realize our universal aspirations for peace, cooperation and development. We therefore declare our unrestricted support for these common goals and our determination to achieve them” (Resolution 55/2, United Nations General Assembly, 13 September 2000, p. 10).

From the aforementioned Declaration, some effective and concrete actions are legally and democratically expected, insists Dr. Julio Mas. We must emphasize the legitimizing nature of the Millennium Summit, signed by 147 Heads of State and Government and a total of 189 Member States, “in which they assumed the collective responsibility to respect and defend the principles of human dignity, equality, and equity on a global scale.” (Report of the Secretary-General on the work of the Organization. General Assembly, Official Documents. Supplement No. 1 (A/561). UN. New York, 2001; page 1). What is more, even having into consideration the fact that some of the signatory States may not be fully considered democratic, this does not diminish the unanimity of their signatures.

New Founding Document a World Constitution 

But the time to respond has already expired, the time for the League of Nations passed and the time for the UN has passed too. And notwithstanding the above mentioned, if they are waiting for a new Founding Document for the Nations of the World to appear, We have it; a Document for the Nations and Peoples of the Free World already exists-- the World Constitution, a public domain Constitution at the service of States and Peoples established in a Federation with a World Parliament, a Parliament that can debate, vote and exercise its functions without vetoes, a Parliament supported by wise people, by indigenous Peoples, by impeccable people in the Service of Life.

The World Constitution will be updated in a few months during its Fifth Constituent Assembly. We welcome the participation of Nations and Peoples to build together the Federation of the Earth.

The republics of darkness believe themselves prepared for anything and all-powerful, but let us remember that they have no soul.

Trump’s portrayal of himself as Jesus, or anointed by Jesus, is typical of cult leaders. Cult leaders are immune from rational and fact-based critique.

The more power the cult leaders possess — according to their followers — the more certain is a promised paradise. Cult leaders stand above the law. Those who desperately place their faith in them want them to be above the law.

Cult leaders are narcissists. They demand obsequious adulation and total obedience.

He embraces holy crusade against Muslims. He attacks his political opponents as enemies and traitors, belittling them with crude insults. He slashes social programs designed to sustain the vulnerable.

He expands an internal security apparatus — masked Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) goons — to terrorize the public. Cults do not nurture and protect. They subjugate, annihilate and destroy.

Cult leaders are deeply insecure, which is why they lash out with fury at the slightest criticism. They mask this insecurity with cruelty, hypermasculinity and bombastic grandiosity.

They are paranoid, amoral, emotionally crippled and physically abusive. Those around them, including children, are objects to be manipulated for their enrichment, enjoyment and often sadistic entertainment.

Cults are characterized by pedophilia and sexual abuse. Those, including Trump, who were frequently in the orbit of pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, replicated the abuse endemic in cults.

The cult leader does not take his or her statements seriously. They often deny ever making them, although they are documented. Lies and truth are irrelevant. The cult leader is not seeking to impart information or truth. The cult leader is seeking to appeal to the emotional needs of cult members.

Israel vs. Iran: Who are the Terrorists and Who Are the Freedom Fighters?

I asked myself a simple question: Who is trying to protect the Palestinians whose lands and homes are being stolen and destroyed by means of Israeli overwhelming military force? Since the Nakba catastrophe in 1948, in year after year it is Israel who is the primary guilty party using violent force to exterminate the Palestinians while the Palestinians try to fight back.

WHO ARE THE FREEDOM FIGHTERS? Beside Iran, Hamas, Hezbollah and Yemen's Houthis, who else fights for the Palestinians' right to their homes, land, life and freedom? (See AI's response to my question via Co-pilot at the end of this article.)

Israel is guilty of genocide in Gaza, yet is using the same crushing blows to take over the West Bank, while also attacking Lebanon and Iran. (The US government is helping in this international criminal undertaking with financing, military intelligence and weaponry.)

From the Palestinian victims' viewpoint I keep seeing Israel as a terrorist, rogue state with the Israel Defense Force (IDF) as its terrorist army along with the Mossad as its terrorist gestapo, -- all supported generously by USA politicians (bought by AIPAC) and fundamentalist American Christians yearning for Armageddon.

So I ask myself what my friends and I would do if outsiders came and stole our lands, forced us out of our homes, and took over our neighborhood just like the Israeli settlers are doing violently in the West Bank. (Just like our ancestors did with the American Indians.) 

My answer, if my neighborhood was invaded, is that there is a likelihood that we would fight back, just like the Palestinian fighters Hamas and Hezbollah do. While Israel and western Media call them "terrorists", my hunch is that Palestinians consider them to be heroic "freedom fighters."

So why does the mainstream media routinely treat Israel like it is the "good guy," and treat Iran, Hamas and Hezbollah as the bad guys? It appears to be the case that the reason can be found in

powerful Zionist forces who "own" the US government, control much of American media, and are in control of much of Big Money including many international banks and corporations.

How is this control accomplished? Through a wealthy and cunning Israeli lobby able to buy politicians (eg, via AIPAC), or blackmail them via the Epstein/Maxwell Mossad honey pot sex operation -- which could explain why Donald Trump went to war against Iran, likely ordered to do so by his Israeli handlers.

• No verified direct military involvement in Gaza.

Important note: None of these groups have the capacity to physically defend Gaza in a direct military sense because Israel controls the airspace, sea, and perimeter, and Egypt blocks armed entry from its side.

2. States that politically or diplomatically defend Palestinians

These countries do not fight militarily but are among the strongest political, legal, and diplomatic defenders of Palestinian rights.

South Africa

• The most prominent state actor defending Palestinians through international law.
• Filed the genocide case against Israel at the International Court of Justice (ICJ).
• Continues to submit evidence and push for enforcement of provisional measures.

Bolivia

• Cut diplomatic ties with Israel.
• Strongly advocates for Palestinian rights in the UN system.

Brazil

• As a major Global South power, has repeatedly condemned Israeli actions and pushed for ceasefire resolutions.

Turkey

• Strong rhetorical defender of Palestinians.
• Provides humanitarian aid.
• Has not engaged militarily.

Qatar

• Hosts Hamas political leadership.
• Acts as the main mediator for ceasefires and hostage‑prisoner exchanges.
• Provides major financial support to Gaza.

Algeria

• Vocal in the UN Security Council.
• Strong supporter of Palestinian statehood.

Malaysia and Indonesia

• Consistent diplomatic defenders of Palestinian rights.
• Provide humanitarian aid and push for international accountability.

3. International organizations and legal bodies

These are not “fighters,” but they are among the most effective defenders of Palestinian rights in practice.

International Court of Justice (ICJ)

• Issued provisional measures ordering Israel to prevent genocidal acts.
• Continues to hear South Africa’s case.

International Criminal Court (ICC)

• Has open investigations into alleged war crimes by both Israeli officials and Palestinian armed groups.
• Considering arrest warrants.

UNRWA

• Provides essential services, education, and humanitarian aid to Palestinians.
• Israel accuses it of bias; most countries continue to support it.

UN General Assembly

• Consistently votes for ceasefires, humanitarian access, and Palestinian self‑determination.

4. Global civil society movements

These are not armed, but they are among the most active defenders of Palestinian rights worldwide.

Human rights organizations

• Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, B’Tselem, Al‑Haq, Defense for Children International–Palestine
• Document violations, provide evidence to courts, and advocate for accountability.

International solidarity movements

• Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS)
• Student movements, labor unions, and professional associations worldwide.

Jewish anti‑occupation groups

• Jewish Voice for Peace

• These groups challenge Israeli policies from within Jewish and Israeli communities.

5. Arab publics (but not their governments)

In many Arab countries, public opinion strongly supports Palestinians, even when governments maintain quiet relations with Israel. Examples: Jordan, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, Kuwait.

Governments often balance public sentiment with geopolitical constraints.
