Editor: Professor Jeffrey Sachs in "The Geopolitics of Peace" (see below) provides a behind the scenes view of US foreign policy which appears to use criminal plots as a basic principle which has resulted in an ongoing series of violently overthrown governments and military invasions amounting to serious world crimes. Americans will learn that their country has been a ruthless and deceptive invader for many years with a long list of victims such as Syria, Iraq, Libya, and including Ukraine. Regime change is planned ahead of time, with Israel and the European Union being complicit in these international crimes. It is crystal clear that the U.S. provoked Russia into war with Ukraine over the threat of NATO too close to Moscow, and the 2014 violent coup supported by U.S. covert operations.  

Americans must come to grips with the fact that our country's foreign policy has been taken over by what amounts to a criminal gang, who some might term the "Very Deep State (VDS)", a term I borrow from Harvard-educated lawyer Rich Scheck. Some readers may be surprised to learn from Sachs that Israel's Netanyahu may be a primary (VDS) shot-caller, one of the leaders in this powerful geopolitical criminal operation. -- R. You can listen to General Wesley Clark on video speak about that. (See Clark, in 2011, on Democracy Now!, where he was told by Pentagon official “we’re going to attack and destroy the governments in seven countries in five years — we’re going to start with Iraq, and then we’re going to move to Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Iran.”

Clark was NATO’s supreme commander in 1999. He went to the Pentagon around September 20, 2001. He was handed a piece of paper explaining the prospect of seven U.S. wars of choice. These were, in fact, Netanyahu’s wars.

The U.S. government’s plan was partly to clean up [remove] old Soviet allies and partly to take out supporters of Hamas and Hezbollah. Netanyahu’s idea was and is that there will be one state, thank you, in all pre-1948 Palestine. Yes, only one state. It will be Israel. Israel will control all the territory from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea

There have been around one hundred regime-change operations by the U.S. since 1947, many in your countries [speaking to the MEPs] and many all over the world. 

(Political scientist Lindsey O’Rourke documented 64 U.S. covert regime-change operations between 1947 and 1989, and concluded that “Regime change operations, especially those conducted covertly, have often led to prolonged instability, civil wars, and humanitarian crises in the affected regions.” See O’Rourke’s 2018 book, Covert Regime Change: America’s Secret Cold War. After 1989, there is ample evidence of the C.I.A. involved in Syria, Libya, Ukraine, Venezuela, and many other countries.)

That’s what the C.I.A. does for a living. Please know it. It’s a very unusual kind of foreign policy. In the American government, if you don’t like the other side, you don’t negotiate with them, you try to overthrow them, preferably, covertly. If it doesn’t work covertly, you do it overtly. You always say it’s not our fault. They’re the aggressor. They’re the other side.

... Please have a European foreign policy. You’re going to be living with Russia for a long time, so please negotiate with Russia. There are real security issues on the table both for Europe and Russia, but the bombast and the Russophobia is not serving your security at all. It’s not serving Ukraine’s security at all. This American adventure that you signed on to and for which you are now the lead cheerleader has contributed to around 1 million Ukrainian casualties.

On the Middle East, incidentally, the U.S. completely handed over foreign policy to Netanyahu 30 years ago. The Israel lobby dominates American politics. Please, have no doubt about it. I could explain for hours how it works. It’s very dangerous. I’m hoping that Trump will not destroy his administration, and far worse, the Palestinian people, because of Netanyahu, whom I regard as a war criminal who has been properly indicted by the ICC.

Netanyahu’s greatest dream in life is the war between the United States and Iran. And he’s not given up. It’s not impossible that a U.S.-Iran War will also come. Yet Europe could stop it — if Europe has its own foreign policy. I’m hoping that Trump will end Netanyahu’s grip on American politics. Even if not, the EU can work with the rest of the world to bring peace to the Middle East.

Finally, let me just say with respect to China, China is not an enemy. China is merely a great success story. That’s why it is viewed by the United States as an enemy, because China has a bigger economy than the United States (measured in international prices). The U.S. resists reality. Europe should not do so. Let me repeat, China is no enemy and no threat. It is a natural partner with Europe in trade and in saving the global environment. READ FULL ARTICLE

President Trump’s purge and revamp of the America’s coup-plotting, dirty war-waging, illegal spying, torture-loving, assassination-obsessed intel agency won't whitewash its history. This is its record.

In 1953, the CIA and MI6 couped Iran after it nationalized its oil, installing a puppet who reigned until 1979.

In 1954, Guatemalan President Jacobo Arbenz was couped after threatening the United Fruit Company’s banana interests.

Castro wasn't the only one on the CIA's hit list. In 1961, Belgian mercs murdered Congolese President Patrice Lumumba with CIA help. In 1963, the agency helped kill its own puppet – South Vietnamese leader Ngo Dinh Diem.

In 1966, the CIA helped oust Indonesian President Sukarno, replacing him with a dictatorship that killed up to 3 million people.

In 1973, the CIA couped Chilean President Salvador Allende and replaced him with a junta known for torture, disappearances and mass imprisonment. In 1975, the new regime and CIA hatched Operation Condor – helping dictators across Latin America crush dissent and fuel instability.

In the 70s and 80s, the CIA trafficked drugs in Asia and Latin America, both to earn money and support regional allies.

Investigative journalist Gary Webb, who exposed the plot – which included flooding America’s own inner cities with crack, was found dead, two gunshot wounds to the head, in 2004. His death was ruled a ‘suicide’.

In 2024, US media uncovered that the CIA rebuilt Ukraine's security services from the ground up, from intel collection to torture techniques. This included 12 "forward operating bases" near Russia. READ MORE

Do Israeli Atrocities Make Them Terrorists?

 Editor: While the West's mainstream media routinely labels organizations like Hamas and Hezbollah as "terrorists," one will never find US mass media labeling Israeli as terrorists, despite the very public and ruthless genocide in Gaza, and Israel's aggressive violence in the West Bank to drive out the Palestinians from their homes and lands.   

Don Hank's out of the ordinary view (see below), not shared by most Americans, is that those who are fighting Israel's criminal expansionism are not terrorists but the "Resistance." (Yet the Jan. 6 attack by Hamas included capturing civilians and children -- this is terrorism.) Nevertheless, the Palestinians themselves likely view Hamas and Hezbollah as "Resistance" and as heroic "freedom fighters" who refuse to surrender to Israeli/US oppression.  As long as the West resorts to this UTTER LIE, there will be major conflicts, deaths and needless tragedies and the US will continue to collapse.

PLEASE keep in mind that it is the US and Israel that COMMIT AND ENABLE the lawless genocide, apartheid and ethnic cleansing of Palestinians and it is the Resistance, including Iran, Hezbollah, Hamas, the Houthis and others who courageously invest blood and treasure in stopping these crimes against humanity.

 Therefore, the actual perpetrators are Israel, the US and their allies while they are ONLY effectively opposed by the Resistance. A group that opposes and resists atrocities is, by definition, NOT a terrorist. The only real terrorists in the Middle East are the US, Israel and their allies.

Our values are exactly upside down.

As long as these perpetrators keep spreading the LIE that the Resistance is committing terror, this lie itself will be the main source of the crimes and will always be a crime itself! Complicit in upholding this lie are the msm (mainstream media) and most Western politicians - not to mention gullible citizens who believe and perpetuate the lie.

There will never be peace in the Middle East as long as people believe this lie. Purportedly “Leaked” Classified: TOP SECRET Documents circulating on the website 4chan, say that Israel will conduct a large scale military “pre-emptive” attack against Iran nuclear sites “as early as” this week.

The authenticity of the documents cannot be confirmed, but after initial analyses it seems likely that it is indeed a leaked, CLASSIFIED, TOP-SECRET document.

The “leak” appears in three (3) separate images uploaded to the publicly-accessible website 4chan. The first page appears to be the summary page, outlining that US Intelligence has “CONFIRMED” Israel is in its final planning stage for a major military “Aerial Assault” and a “Cyber Offensive” attack upon Iran nuclear sites, to take place in “early March.”

The failure to reign-in the violent, aggressive, almost Rabid Israelis, has lead to the revelation of Classified Documents about Israel’s pending attack upon Iran, which will now complicate, or perhaps neutralize, the coming Israeli attack upon Iran.

It’s hard to feel sorry for the Israelis; for decades they’ve hidden behind the “Holocaust” telling the world they’re perpetual victims, while at the same time, those same Israelis perpetrate multiple, aggressive military attacks upon other people and other nations.    READ MORE

Trump the Peacemaker? Don't fall for the lies

 ...There is history worth remembering as Trump is lauded in certain circles on the so-called “right” and “left” as a peacemaker with Russia over the US/NATO proxy war against Russia via Ukraine: President Richard Nixon, who ran as the peace candidate in 1968 with a “secret plan” for peace in Vietnam that was actually a plan for more war, visited China in February 1972 in a move to exploit the Soviet-China split, and yet the US war against Vietnam went on until April 30, 1975 when the U.S. was driven out of Vietnam.

I think extreme caution is advised when it comes to Trump’s plans to end the U.S. proxy war against Russia, which, following the Nixon-Kissinger script, seems to be aimed at splitting the Russian-Chinese partnership now threatening U.S. world domination.

Trump, like his predecessor Joseph Biden who presided over the proxy war against Russia and the genocide of Palestinians by Israel, is no man of peace. He is fully in support of the extinction of the Palestinians and behind Israel’s war aims in the Middle-East.

When he criticized European leaders for allowing mass migration into their countries, his hypocrisy stood out. As any fair person should recognize, immigration policies have long been an issue in need of reform. But the mass creation of people fleeing their countries for safe havens in Europe are the direct result of US/NATO war policies in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Serbia, Syria, etc., policies supported by Republicans and Democrats alike and seconded by their lapdogs in Europe.

The same is true for immigration here in the U.S.A. where immigration policy has long been in need of reform that neither party would undertake, but the main contingent of immigrants entering this country comes here to escape horrendous conditions in their home countries due in great part to U.S. foreign policies in support of repressive regimes and economic policies favoring the rich amid U.S. efforts to control Latin America. Without those immigrants, the U.S. economy would collapse.    ...READ MORE

When President Trump brags that he's going to "make America great again" I think of my late wife's response: "I don't need my country to be great, I just need it to be good."

The Chinese I Ching oracle teaches that we cannot be great if we don't do what's right. It may have been Confucius who advised that "...without rightness there is no greatness." 

 The subject matter for this brief psych analysis is very sensitive and might cause some Americans to feel high anxiety.  

Americans have trouble dealing with negative truths about America because they are barraged with a variety of "patriotic" messages from an early age. We are conditioned to (falsely) believe that we are the good guy for freedom and democracy, not realizing that America is an oligarchy, not truly free.  We routinely destroy countries that won't submit to our control.

The media is heavily censored which is why you don't get a chance to learn the facts so carefully discovered by 9/11 researchers. An inside job? Panic. 

We are told again and again that America is "exceptional," NUMBER ONE!

Shout USA! USA! USA! or be scorned. 

If we dare to claim that the US may be a really bad guy, we are accused of being unpatriotic. "If you don't like it here, why don't you move to another country?"

Many citizens get upset with facts that don't fit their belief system -- that America is the greatest, land of the free. Psychologically when we feel anxious we go into denial ("that's not true!") which is a basic "defense mechanism" to shut down anxiety. 

In the extreme, we refuse to look at what is being presented, subconsciously afraid of what we will find out. We put our head in the sand so to speak.

The facts are not easy to swallow for those willing to look. Learning that your country is not only not great, but it is also bad, is like learning that your father is a crook. It's a shock. Trauma. "There must be some mistake." "I can't believe it. It's not true!"

Another defense mechanism is to rationalize the bad (criminal) behavior: "My country had to invade. There was no other choice. It was for our national security." The phrase "national security" acts as an unconscious hypnotic signal to control public reaction. 

Unfortunately Americans are experiencing something like in Nazi Germany starting around 1934. People were unwilling or afraid to speak out. Many cheered the Nazis. The mainstream Lutheran Church in Germany went along with the Nazi's while pastor Dietrich Bonhoeffer tried to oppose them with the "Confessing Church." But the majority of Christian Germans, just like Christians here in America, went along or even supported fascism.

Hitler said it was time to reclaim "the former glory of Germany." With the Nazi use of violence, threats of violence, and intense propaganda there was a chilling effect on the average German who went along with what was clearly morally wrong.

Americans and our politicians are also silent, or even supportive of Israel's mass murder and ethnic cleansing of the Palestinians, and US/NATO overthrowing governments.  Have we lost our soul?
