• *The Provisional World Parliament's (PWP) 16th Session met in India in December, 2026 and elected a Presidium -- consisting of 5 members of the Parliament as an executive council to carry out the directives of the PWP and the Constitution for the Federation of Earth (aka Earth Constitution).  

• A top priority is planning for a World Constituent Assembly to amend the EC in view of new developments such as the rapid emergence of Artificial Intelligence. The EC is designed to replace the outdated UN Charter whose flaws have prevented the UN from doing its primary job, such as ending war. 

• A "new UN" utilizing the EC calls for the UN General Assembly to join forces with the PWP. The strategy is to establish the House of Nations along with the House of Peoples thus putting together an emerging democratic World Parliament under the Earth Constitution.

For reasonable observers, this case is closed. When devastating the Middle East, the US is acting not in its own genuine national interest but the perverse conception that Israel has of its national interest: subjugating and, if needed, destroying all sovereign states in its neighborhood so as to create and preserve Israeli domination and even ‘Greater Israel’, a nightmare of ‘Lebensraum’ for Zionist settlers from, at least, Egypt to Iraq.

But, again, why? This is where the Epstein scandal makes a difference – or should do so – to unbiased minds. We must acknowledge that Jeffrey Epstein was not “merely” a very rich and perverse criminal with far too many friends in high places but an agent of Israel, whether with a direct affiliation to its dreaded Mossad service of spying, murder, and subversion or not. His core operation served to gather extremely compromising blackmail material on large swathes of the elites of the US and the West more generally.

FBI agents, we now know, assessed that Trump himself is among those trapped in this manner. If anything, frantic – and also, again, criminal, efforts – by Trump’s Department of Justice and his head of the FBI to purge the files of references to the current president and his friends only provide further corroborating evidence that Trump is under Israel’s control.   READ MORE

Once again, the US is going to war for Israel. Once again, many will die for the Zionist state, including US service members. Once again, we will stumble blindly into a military fiasco. Once again, we will do the bidding of a foreign power whose interests are not our interests, but whose lobbyists have bought up our political class, including Donald Trump. Once again, we will violate the U.N. charter by attacking a country that does not pose an imminent threat.

This is not our war. This is part of Israel’s demented vision of Greater Israel, of dominating the Middle East. But Israel needs our military, our taxpayer dollars, our weapons to do it. And we have handed them the keys to our formidable arsenal.

Israel’s lackeys in the political class, along with their courtiers in the media, including former American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) employee Wolf Blitzer, as well as academia, are shining examples of Israel’s transparent and often illegal meddling in the American political system. Forget Russia. Forget China. No foreign government comes close to exerting Israel’s influence.

Endless war is a bipartisan project.

The investment by Israel is worth it. The United States Congress in 2016 authorized a $38 billion per year defense aid package from 2019-2028 for Israel. We squandered $ 4 to $ 6 trillion on the futile wars Israel and its lobby pushed for in the Middle East. This is what US-imposed “democracy” looks like in practice: giving a nation the freedom to do what Washington tells them to do and elect the leaders that Washington allows them to elect.

President Trump has been aggressively threatening to cut off Iraq’s oil revenue if it allows the return to office of former prime minister Nouri al-Maliki, whom the Trump administration views as too sympathetic to Iran.

Ditz explains that Trump is able to sway Iraqi politics with credible threats due to the US control that was imposed on the nation’s economy following the Iraq invasion:

“Underpinning this whole thing is that after the 2003 US invasion and occupation of Iraq, the country was restructured such that all of Iraq’s oil revenue was paid in US dollars through the New York Federal Reserve Bank. Since that revenue is almost the entirety of Iraq’s government budget, that means the US can virtually seize Iraq’s treasury at any time and bankrupt the country on a moment’s notice.”

This is what US-imposed “democracy” looks like in practice: giving a nation the freedom to do what Washington tells them to do and elect the leaders that Washington allows them to elect.

You may recall that the narrative to justify the US coalition’s overthrow of Saddam Hussein in 2003 was the urgent need to bring freedom and democracy to the Iraqi people. The US literally titled the invasion “Operation Iraqi Freedom”. They then killed a million people, plunged the region into chaos and instability for years, and ensured that the Iraqi people would forever remain under the boot of the US empire.

Can you look through what has been incessant lifelong conditioning to confront the possibility that you live in a country whose elites have always been criminals… but portrayed themselves as saints?

People in general find it hard to change themselves. No matter how they try they usually end up defeated and have to accept that their essential characters are largely totally immune to change. Perhaps this is also the case in regard to nations and their behaviors?

The concept I will ask you to consider is whether you reside within a cabal of criminal states sometimes referred to as ‘The Western World’ and by some as ‘The Collective West’ (this latter being those usually associated with ‘The West’ plus Australia and new Zealand).

Lifelong indocrination  

From birth those of us who live in the collective west  ...  are led to believe that others are not like us, that they are inferior, we see them depicted in endless movies where we defeat them. They are always the bad guys and they always the bad.

It is almost impossible to escape this decade after decade after decade conditioning. It is laid down from birth to death. We are the best. We are civilized. We are strong and we are lucky to live in an affluent, scientifically-based wonderland of peace, prosperity, dignity, religious certainty and a mutual honor we share with our leaders.

So, the notion that our leaders are criminals, liars and terrorists who in fact obey little to no laws when they don’t have to, is an alien concept that, as Spock in Star Trek used to say, does not compute.

...We win and that’s what counts. We are what’s important. We are superior and exceptional. Very similar concepts that you will find within the mind of the most self-absorb ested serial killer out there. In 2011, the New START Treaty, which had been signed by the United States and Russia the previous year, came into effect. The Treaty aimed to restrict the number of nuclear warheads the two nations could deploy. It also provided for a verification system to ensure that both sides were complying with the Treaty rules by providing for on-site inspections of their respective nuclear sites. This month, the Treaty expired.

With the end of the New START Treaty, the nuclear arms race is likely to heat up again. This time, it will be more complicated and dangerous than it was during the Cold War, given that another big power China—has already vigorously entered the race. She has been determinedly and steadily growing her nuclear arsenal, particularly since 2012. Consequently, one of America’s great fears is that, instead of having to defend herself against Russia alone, she might have to face both China and Russia, especially if they choose to join forces.

The problem is that if, in anticipation of such danger, America starts to deploy more nuclear weapons, Russia will follow suit and China will likely step up her efforts even further, setting off a domino effect: China’s neighbor India, with which it has long had slow-burning border conflicts, is also likely to become nervous about a steady increase in nuclear deployments and so follow suit. Such a move would most probably trigger Pakistan to react in kind, to protect herself against her nuclear neighbor, India. And so the dominoes fall.

The problem will be compounded: those countries in Europe and Asia which have been relying on the American nuclear umbrella to shield them against aggression may well conclude that in an increasingly nuclear insecure world, the only effective way to bolster their own protection is to seek their own nuclear capabilities.

As smaller nations seek to acquire nuclear arms, their larger and more powerful neighbors may feel increasingly threatened and evince more aggressive tendencies to quash such nascent nuclear ambitions, leading to a world that is increasingly unstable and insecure.

We must act swiftly and decisively to arrest this dangerous descent into nuclear chaos, which can only result in a nuclear war that, however limited in geographic scope or duration, will have a devastating impact on the entire planet.

The most effective path is for nations to create a world parliament that is democratically elected by the people of each country and therefore truly represents the interests of the collective whole. This parliament should be granted the authority to pass international laws on the basis of some sort of majority vote, that are binding on all the nations of the world. No nation can be allowed to opt out for any reason. The law must apply equally to all nations, great or small, powerful or weak. A suitable enforcement mechanism must also be devised and agreed upon, so that nations are suitably deterred from any temptation to flout the Parliament’s international law with impunity.

The time has come for humanity to take this next, inevitable step in its collective evolution. It is an idea whose time has come!  READ MORE

The Provisional World Parliament and its sponsor, the World Constitution and Parliament Association, condemn the corrupt and criminal actions of the United States and Israel in their attack on Iran. It is a return to barbarism in human affairs.

Not only have both these countries (tightly linked together in a network of corruption and graft) trashed whatever remains of International Law and civilized behavior among nations, they have also initiated a global lawlessness of cruelty, human rights violations, and militarized destruction. 

Their criminal behavior trashes the efforts of more than 100 years in which civilization attempted to create a workable world system not predicated on endless war and imperial domination. We are back to the lawless world that existed before World War One and are therefore facing the very real possibility of a World War Three, this time based on nuclear weapons and the possibility of exterminating humankind in thermonuclear holocaust.

We call upon all civilized peoples around the globe and all nations of integrity to oppose this chaos in every nonviolent way open to them. We call upon all peoples and nations to initiate steps toward a holistic, free, and peaceful world system by urgently and seriously considering ratification of the Constitution for the Federation of Earth.
