Psychological Fact: Nuclear Disarmament Requires World Federal Government 

 There is one word that explains why nuclear disarmament conferences have failed: DISTRUST.  

I came to this conclusion while studying reports from the recent "Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons" (NPT) Review Conference. These conferences have been held since 1970 but with no success. The situation is so bad that UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres lamented on April 27th that "Arms control is dying."

Reporter Damilola Banjo for Pass Blue wrote that a recurring problem is that "There has been little to no trust among those countries to even think of debating a consensus agreement..." "Mistrust rules the day."

With the current United Nations, each nation has an absolute sovereign right to conduct its military affairs in secret. The problem is that secrecy breeds paranoia. The result? Nations distrust each other and refuse to disarm. 

The solution: Trust but verify (as said by President Ronald Reagan). There must be open inspections everywhere in all countries, with no exceptions. But the UN Charter's right to (absolute) sovereignty is a poison pill for nuclear disarmament. 

Removing paranoia and building trust can be accomplished by converting from the UN confederation to a democratic world federal governing system. The US founders abandoned the Articles of Confederation and replaced it with the US Federal Constitution to stop the growing conflicts between the 13 colonies. The 194 separately armed nation-states should do the same.

History shows paranoia is understandable for the simple fact that invariably somewhere there is a psychopath ruling a nation, and that nation can't be trusted. Psychopaths lack conscience, lie, and are capable of mass murder to control others, doing so without remorse. The UN is hampered by the fact that there is no sheriff in town at the global level.

Building world union and trust can be accomplished if the world community and the nations begin to support the blueprint given us by the Earth Constitution, its emerging World Parliament, and Earth Federation government (a "new UN").

In today’s world, Christian Zionist Fanaticism espoused by Mike Huckabee and the Jewish Supremacy that Zionist Israel embodies, pose the single gravest threat to world peace and inter-faith harmony among world’s populations.

On the surface, Adolf Hitler and US Ambassador to Israel Rev. Mike Huckabee have nothing in common.

But upon closer look, their diametrically opposing ideologies with respect to the single demographic category, namely the Jewish people, ought to be seen as equally toxic.

To belabour the obvious, Hitler’s world view was anchored in his obsessive Jew hatred which led to the categorical dehumanization and demonization of the Jewish people as a category to exterminate. As Untermensch, or subhumans, Jews didn’t deserve to live–such was the essence of his ideology.

Huckabee’s view is the unconditional love of Jews as “God’s chosen people” with their divine right to West Asia’s land and world leadership. That is, even if it means the entire region burns, harmony or peaceful coexistence amongst different faith-based nations and communities gets destroyed, and the world’s economy ends in ruins, as the US-Israel war against Iran has begun to do.

However, Huckabee is not just another diplomatic representative among hundreds around the world. He is a leading American Christian Zionist from a country where Christian Zionist voters, churches and networks form a formidable, if unofficial, pillar of the Israel Lobby in USA.

While Zionaires (or Zionist billionaires) hold considerable sway over the “Israel-right-or-wrong” US policy since the assassination of JFK in 1963, thought to be linked to Israel, the sheer number of Christian Zionist votes whip American politicians to keep Washington’s unconditional support for Israel flowing.

Today, the United States, under the growing influence of Christian Zionism – which Mike Huckabee and US Secretary of War Pete Hegseth aggressively promote – and Israel under the control of two leading Messianic Fascists, namely Smotrich and Ben Gvir, both ICC-wanted, have set the historical clock, not simply pre-WWII decades of the 1920’s and 1930’s, but to the early days of Christian Europe’s genocidal land and resource grabs in the so-called New World by Christopher Columbus which began in 1492.  People with disabilities are not marginal to society but central to it — and the injustices they face reveal the failures of a world that treats human dignity as subordinate to profit.

A few weeks ago, while I was in Bandung, Indonesia, a man who uses a wheelchair told me that the total number of people living with disabilities has been calculated by the United Nations’ World Health Organization (WHO) to be 1.3 billion.

People with disabilities are neither a minority nor an exception. They are a vast constellation of human experience — one-sixth of humanity. And yet, they are too often spoken of as if they exist at the margins of history. In truth, they stand at its centre.

One of the most striking facts in the 2022 WHO report is that 80 percent of people with disabilities live in the Global South. 

Terrible working conditions, environmental degradation, polluted food and water systems, appalling healthcare systems, and warfare create and exacerbate disabilities.

As of 2019, at least one in five people in conflict zones lived with mental health conditions; in the ruins of war, disability multiplies, not only through injury but through trauma, hunger and displacement 

Gaza is now the region with the highest concentration of child amputees. The Global South does not merely contain disability; disability is produced there by systems that were not of its own making.

These are not merely medical facts but indictments against a system that is symbolically committed to people with disabilities – through programmes like the 2006 U.N. Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities — yet unable, or unwilling, to act on those commitments.

These characteristics of society and the state have been normalised in our capitalist world order. It has become common sense to believe that infrastructure designed for accessibility is expensive, but this is the wrong way of understanding the future. 

In 2025, Asian Development Bank President Masato Kanda argued that investment in primary healthcare is not only socially necessary but economically beneficial, noting that every dollar invested can yield up to $10 in economic growth. 

When primary healthcare, community health workers, and universal health coverage are built to include people with disabilities from the outset, they improve health outcomes for everyone and strengthen societal resilience.

The fundamental rule of the capitalist state is that every subject of the empire must work for the betterment of the state. Those who can not work at the highest levels of efficiency are described as “useless eaters.” And any cost-benefit analysis by the capitalists will say that these people should not be supported. This is standard capitalism 101, as seen from capitalist Germany of the 1930’s to coercive, modern America with its “work requirements” to receive aid.

And, since support for capitalism is bi-partisan, this policy of cutting support to the useless eaters is also bi-partisan. As illustrated by the fact that the Social Security payments that disabled people rely on never get a COLA that matches actual inflation. The disabled see their money go down, year after year, no matter which capitalist team wins an election. Obama to Trump to Biden to Trump, the checks are always worth less and less.

After all, both parties believe that government should be operated like a business, and no business pays for people who do not produce at the highest rate. That would be un-American.

In March 2022, I wrote an article titled: “Conflicts in the 21st Century: the need for solutions”; we continue in the same geopolitical crisis situation, but much worse, sadly in crescendo.

We all know that with the fall of the Berlin Wall (1989), the Warsaw Pact dissolved, and later the USSR collapsed (1991). Then it was thought that NATO would also disappear; at least, Western political elites promised Gorbachev (then the USSR's president) that NATO would not continue its expansion into Eastern Europe, a commitment that has not been kept, they never had that intention to. NATO (far from disappearing, acting as the US and Israeli defense arm) has continued to generate armed conflicts, even though it was supposed ostensibly created to prevent them, one of the continuous lies that sustain the lives of these Western political elites.

NATO a money machine for US arms manufacturers 

NATO has continued its spread to Eastern Europe. This is justified as a way to "protect" some of the former Soviet republics, and to "support" a European Union (EU) that does not have a Common Defense arm (since its economic contribution for defense and armament, as far as European states are concerned, is usually destined for NATO), but recently European members must spend an additional 510 billion euros per year on armaments, 95% of which are purchased from US arms manufacturers, to reach the target of 5% of GDP dedicated to defense.

In 2022 I wrote some news, with the “pandemic” barely over, realizing new fronts of attention were needed so that people would not have much time to grasp what was happening: the United States and other countries had debts exceeding quite more than 100% of their GDP. For “an old and corrupt world system” still led by the US (but which perceived its hegemony as threatened, especially by China), it seemed urgent to reinforce its prestige and keep the arms industries well-supplied with clients. After the withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan (leaving civilians, and especially women, in the abyss), it was the moment to step on the gas and advance threats against other states to keep NATO running smoothly.

Weakening Europe and Russia, victims of NATO  

Personally, as an international relations specialist, I wasn't entirely sure whether the US would escalate its aggression towards Iran or towards the heart of Europe, but undoubtedly, moving towards Europe was the most advantageous to its interests (to leave Europe completely weakened and to gradually erode the Russian Federation until it is dismembered). Thus, the EU becomes a direct victim of the provocations against the Kremlin regarding the conflict with the Ukrainian state, thanks to the good work of the intelligence agencies MI6, CIA and Mossad in the 2014 coup in Ukraine.

On February 24^th 2022, Russia, wanting to protect the Russian Ukrainian People's Republics of Donetsk and Luhansk in the Donbas, ended up attacking Ukraine.

Zionist massacres aided by EU 

With Russia trapped, the Western elites could now take advantage, including European Commissioner Ursula von der Leyen, handpicked by militaristic Zionists, and now with Ms. Kaja Kallas, The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, who, having assumed her post in December 2024, has not ceased in her efforts to be the High Diplomat for War.

The massacres by the Zionist demons, applauded with smiles from Kallas and Von der Leyen, have continued unabated since 2023 in Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, and most recently Iran.

The Zionists with their long arms infiltrated Hamas two decades ago and perpetrated the October 7th attack themselves. The deaths in Palestine are countless: mutilated, burned alive, raped—this happens every day, every minute. It also includes the systematic destruction of Nature and animals. White phosphorus and exploding walkie-talkies in Lebanon, everything must be razed with the utmost cruelty because Zionist demons feed on suffering.

UN can't stop criminal rampages by criminal countries

Other countries are not spared either; in one way or another, “the monsters” destroy, threats against Cuba, the kidnapping or assassination of heads of state or high-ranking religious leaders. But above all, they love killing children.

Last news, “Israel's military on Saturday 30th May issued new expulsion orders for residents of 13 villages in southern Lebanon, a day after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said troops had pushed deeper into the country. The advance comes as Lebanese and Israeli military delegations held security talks at the Pentagon in Washington on Friday, ahead of US-brokered negotiations due to begin early next week. Israel has continued heavy bombardment of southern and eastern Lebanon despite a ceasefire that has nominally been in place since 17 April”. We believe there are no more: constant threats to judges of the International Courts of Justice, to Francesca Albanese (UN Special Rapporteur on the Palestinian Territories), and most recently, Israel has announced it is cutting relations with the UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres after having added Israel to the black list of sexual violence in conflict zones. The members of the Somud flotilla have well served all of this, because of providing humanitarian aid to Palestine, and having been kidnapped in international waters.

No shame, no conscience. Psychopaths on the loose. 

For years now, I have wondered how we can continue to eat or sleep, how we can live, when the peoples, equal in rights to us, are annihilated without shame and before the eyes of the entire world.

Are there solutions to this inferno of madness? There are, though the time to respond has already expired, the International Society must unite and give a justice response, it is necessary to convene a General Conference of Members of the United Nations (UUNN) and to replace the UN Charter (already drafted in its day with the purpose of all that has happened and is happening), with a Constitutional text, in the public domain, of all Peoples and Nations.

World Parliament moves toward Federation of Earth  

Let us unite around the implementation of a "World Constitution" by and for all, under the auspices of a World Parliament. The World Constitution will be updated in a few months during its Fifth Constituent Assembly. We welcome the participation of Nations and Peoples to build together A World Parliament of People that respects Human Rights and Nature, a non-veto House of Nations, and a House of Counsellors: wise people from around the world of recognized honesty (representing all Humanity).

We can dissolve the yoke of the wicked, we have a double pill: blue and red; honesty within ourselves, because it is the most powerful thing that nourishes us, and the wicked are allergic to anything that is not corruption; and externally,     "a Joint and Coordinated Action of all Peoples and Nations." Let us be the World Parliament walking towards the Federation of the Earth.

EDITOR:[Regarding the YouTube talk below]  The American and European public rarely hear the point of view of countries in the Middle East targeted for military attack by Israel -- with Iran and Lebanon currently a focus. Palestinians, of course, are always under the gun.

Israel's aggression to establish "greater Israel" has the powerful support of the US Congress and President Trump which joins Israel in attacking Iran and the Palestinian, and supports Israel with funding and weapons even when it is genocidal.   

 I have estimated that mainstream media in both newspaper and TV feature Israeli representatives over Iran and Palestine advocates by a ratio of about 15 to 1. Why? Israeli Zionists with Christian Zionist support appear to own or control major Western media outlets (eg, Fox News and the Wall Street Journal) with CBS and CNN soon coming under Zionist control through the billionaire Ellison family. Larry Ellison is a widely known Zionist supporter of Israel and its genocidal acts against the Palestinians.   

That's why this YouTube talk by former Iranian VP Mohammad Javad Zarif is of particular interest. The public and politicians rarely get to hear Iran's side of the story. What could go wrong? Well, let’s see…

It’s true that Cuba’s economy is in a state of collapse, with malnutrition rampant, infant mortality soaring, hospitals unable to function, schools closed, and transportation difficult to impossible. But this collapse has nothing to do with the fact that Cuba is run largely as a socialist state as Trump and his toadying Cuban-American Secretary of State Marco Rubio claim, but rather because it is being literally destroyed by an almost total Trump-ordered US blockade of oil shipments, leaving the island nation almost completely without electricity, fuel, and medicines that require refrigeration, etc. (The island does contain some small deposits of mostly very heavy crude oil, and of natural gas deposits and has the ability to refine the former into useable oil and petroleum.)

There is, sad to say, not much global solidarity being shown for Cuba in this crisis, even by countries that have long been Cuban allies. Maduro had been sending Venezuelan oil to Cuba, but even before overthrowing and kidnapping him the US had been blocking or taking over tankers to prevent them from delivering it. In Mexico many people have been calling for their government oil company Pemex to start sending oil to Cuba, but the government and President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, not wanting to anger Trump, has balked. This may also explain why Brazil’s leftist President Lula hasn’t sent oil either.

China has been shipping solar power panels to Cuba but so far they are only a fraction of the need, It is unlikely that if China were to send a large tanker under its own flag through the Strait of Hormuz to pick up Iranian oil for Cuba, it would be blocked by the US Navy, especially if it were accompanied by a Chinese Navy frigate or destroyer, given Trump’s desire to have good trade relations with China. That said though, President Xi JinPing thus far has not had the courage to make that gamble.

Since the country’s liberation from the yoke of US imperialism, Cubans have lived through decades of privation, not because of Communism, but because of brutal and illegal US sanctions, boycotts, terror attacks and even germ warfare, illegal blockades and countless failed attempts to assassinate Fidel.

If Trump thinks they, their children and even grandchildren, will forget or forgive that multi-generational suffering visited upon them by the US, just to be delivered into the hands of the man who has this year cut off their access to oil and electricity, he may be in for a big surprise.   READ MORE

There has been some question recently about the role of the House of Nations within the Constitution for the Federation of Earth, so I thought it might be helpful to offer a few reflections on this subject. The Constitution for the Federation of Earth establishes a tricameral World Parliament made up of a House of Peoples, a House of Counselors, and a House of Nations. All nations elect or appoint from 1 to 3 representatives to the House of Nations within the World Parliament, depending on their population.

The idea of “nations” goes back deep into human history to ancient civilizations, while the idea of “sovereign” territories itself goes back some 400 years to the Peace of Westphalia in 1648. As humanity moves forward toward unification, this concept needs to move forward with us and is not to be abandoned. People’s identities, their pride, their passion, and their sense of heritage remain intimately linked to the nations to which they belong. By uniting, they are not abandoning anything of value, but simply recognizing the simple truth that human beings are one species (who are thought by many to be made in the image of God) and who need to live together in peace and harmony on our beautiful and bountiful home planet.

After the Second World War, the nations of the world established the United Nations “to save succeeding generations from the scourge of war, which twice in our lifetime has brought untold sorrow to mankind.” The Charter that follows this Preamble, however, did not alter the war-system of militarized sovereign nations. What it did do is create some international organizations that help to link the world’s nations in a variety of dialogical, economic, and political forms that could be used as part of a transition to a truly united world system.

Another brilliant feature of the Earth Constitution is that it recommends integrating all viable features of the UN system into the initial world federation, thereby again, providing a pathway for transition that can be of great help in the unification of humanity. A number of obvious possibilities come to mind.  The General Assembly of the UN could immediately become the House of Nations within the World Parliament thereby instantly kick-starting the parliamentary system. READ MORE
