DWF NEWS publishes article related in one way or another to permanently abolishing war. The United Nations has been unable to accomplish this primary task. Why? The UN Charter is fatally flawed. It is so flawed that the world experiences "endless wars," and the UN can't even stop genocide! Rogue nations routinely lie to their citizens in order to cover up their world crimes.

The UN needs to be "constitutionalized" to do its job as advocated by the Center for UN Constitutional Research (CUNCR). DWF takes the viewpoint that to accomplish this, the UN Charter must be replaced. The visionary Earth Constitution (EC), drafted by the World Constitution & Parliament Association (WCPA), waits in the wings ready to go. There is separation of Church and State in the EC to avoid religious conflicts in Earth Federation government (ie, "a new UN").

Fritz Pointer's analysis of the role of religion in Israeli Zionist and American regimes offers a unique perspective -- the subconscious power of the "Chosen People" narrative as found in the Bible leading to Israeli/US Zionist war crimes and crimes against humanity, and providing a subconscious justificaton for American and European colonialism.

You Are Chosen if You Say You Are

Truth is miraculously revealed to them.”

      The very idea of a “Chosen People” is one of the most pernicious, dangerous and deadly ideas still in existence. It is, at the very least, naïve, deficient in worldly wisdom and informed judgement. It is, in fact, a primitive idea, and certainly not an idea that should guide foreign policy of any country. It would be foolish of me, to say that you are Chosen, and that I (an African/Indian American or a Palestinian) am Not Chosen. It is equally absurd and ridiculous for a people to say to another people that “You are Chosen, but we are Non-Chosen”. Especially, when this notion of Chosen People is, supposedly, narrated by and promulgated by a God concept, a spiritual, non-material being, in the “sacred text” of the so-called Chosen. And how do we know that this holy book, the Torah or Pentateuch (first five books of The Bible or Old Testament or Hebrew Bible) is free from error and authored by God? Well, because the book itself says so.

The religious view of the Chosen People has justified and even necessitated the subjugation and domination of the non-chosen. (In Hitler’s time it was the Jews, nowadays it is the Palestinians.) What makes individuals Chosen People is their intellectual capacity to know God and His Truths. In other words, Knowledge of a transcendental, spiritual being, makes a person fully human; so, if certain individuals (or a people: Africans, Indigenous Americans or Palestinians) lack such Knowledge, we can assume that they are not fully human. Therefore, the Chosen People can rule and govern the non-chosen, and should they reject or threaten the Chosen People’s authority, the Chosen have the right and even the obligation to kill them.

Specifically, American and Israeli Zionists (evangelicals and fundamentalists white supremacists) are God’s chosen, whereas infidels (blacks and other people of color) are not. And, because of their assumed superiority, they can claim that God has told them that they are chosen: that they are “human” and others are “animals” or not human. In this way, God and the word of God have been used to perpetuate the wicked idea of human inferiority. Frantz Fanon, the French-Martinican psychiatrist and political revolutionary brilliantly exposes how the God concept has been strategically deployed to create a whole race of people as the wretched of the earth.

God communicates with the Israeli and American Zionists but not infidels (people of color), and not surprisingly, white supremacists Israeli and American Zionists are told that they are special beings, God’s treasured possession, and the infidels are not. To put this in the words of James Baldwin “White people hold the power, which means that they are superior to blacks (intrinsically, that is: God decreed it so), and the world has innumerable ways of making this difference known and felt and feared.” So, white-supremacists American and Israeli Zionists have access to God’s Truth and can define people and the world, while people of color have a limited intellectual capacity and can only be defined.

In 1950, Aime Cesaire, the French Martinican poet, published Discourse on Colonialism that exposes the political psychology that has enabled Europeans to justify to others and themselves the brutal exploitation and colonization of nonwhite, non-European cultures. In this extended essay, Cesaire spends much of his time analyzing Hitler’s atrocities in Europe. But for Cesaire, what Hitler did in Europe from 1933 to 1945 was no aberration; it was the logical product of Europe’s philosophical worldview, which has justified colonization. A philosophy grounded in Christianity. Cesaire’s shocking view conveys how the “Christian bourgeois of the twentieth century that without his being aware of it, he has a Hitler inside him, that Hitler inhabits him, that Hitler is his demon, that if he rails against him, he is being inconsistent and that, at bottom, what he cannot forgive Hitler for is not crime in itself, the crime against man, it is not the humiliation of man as such, it is the crime against the white man, the humiliation of the white man, and the fact that he applied to Europe colonialist procedures which until then had been reserved exclusively for the Arabs of Algeria, the “coolies” of India, and the “niggers” of Africa” (8).

In other words, Hitler applied to Jews and other Europeans the same Christian philosophy that Europeans have used against non-Europeans. Who gets to be defined as human or nonhuman depends on who controls the intellectual means of production. By manipulating the concept of the true human, Hitler reduced fellow Europeans to animals and things, and this was the logical product of Europe’s Christian philosophy. It was no aberration.

Master Race, Chosen People same idea, same outcome

In Mein Kampf Hitler articulated the Christian basis for his political vision, specifically insofar as it justified exterminating the Jews. To his mind, Christians (like American Zionists, my note) have assumed the new role of the Chosen People, God’s treasured possession. But to achieve their rightful place in the world, Hitler’s Chosen People must degrade and destroy the Jewish cancer threatening the “master race.” In the first part of Mein Kampf, Hitler mocks Jews as former possessors of the Chosen People title (as do many American Zionists do today). After discussing what he claims to be the lack of hygiene in Jewish communities, he claims: “All this could scarcely be called very attractive; but it became positively repulsive when, in addition to their physical uncleanness, you discovered the moral stains on this ‘chosen people” (57). So Hitler, as a Catholic, encourages his reader to look to the Catholic Church for guidance in grounding its religious Truths.

Like Hitler, today’s American Zionists (fundamentalists and evangelicals) are making it their duty (think Project 2025) to purify the land of all those who do not follow the true teachings of Christ. And, like the Zionists of today, in Palestine, the only way that Hitler could justify genocide to himself and others would be to demonstrate that the Jew (like the Palestinian today) threatens the spiritual life of the new chosen people (Nazis of his day and American and Israeli Zionists of today). And “by defending myself against the Jew, I am fighting for the work of the Lord” (65). Master Race, Chosen People same idea, same outcome. Baldwin puts it this way: “The fact of the Third Reich alone makes obsolete forever any question of Christian superiority” (The Fire Next Time).

Since October 26, the U.S. government has held British journalist Sami Hamdi in immigration detention. Hamdi had obtained a visa to travel to the U.S. as part of a speaking tour. ...The British journalist had spoken at a gala in Sacramento, California for the civil rights group Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR). However, he became the target of a campaign from pro-Israel commentators, including the right-wing activist Laura Loomer. ...On November 4, Soumaya T. Hamdi, Sami Hamdi’s wife, penned an op-ed for USA Today. She explained how her husband was forced into a black van. ...

Anti-Defamation League Begins Campaign Against Democratically Elected New York City Mayor Over His Support for Palestinian Human Rights

Although the ADL has repeatedly claimed Mamdani is antisemitic, Defending Rights & Dissent attended their briefing and can affirm the only grievances raised were criticisms of Mamdani’s positions on Palestine. Greenblatt blasted Mamdani for supporting Boycotts, Divestments, and Sanctions (BDS) for Palestinian human rights and founding a chapter of Students for Justice in Palestine while he was in college.

New Lawsuit Targets Trump’s Social Media Monitoring of Political Speech

... and the American Federation of Teachers, who allege their members are targeted under the surveillance program. Defendants include DHS, the State Department, ICE, and U.S. Citizens and Immigrations Services. The suit specifically alleges that speech in “support of Palestine, including through association with campus-affiliated protests” is one of the viewpoints being targeted by the surveillance program. The complaint highlights the role of artificial intelligence in surveillance.

This week, Democratic Socialist Zohran Mamdani made history by becoming the first Muslim mayor of New York City. His road to victory was anything but smooth. After he secured a historic win in the mayoral primary, he faced a landslide of attacks from across the political spectrum. In the months that followed, the hateful rhetoric from right-wing provocateurs, social media personalities, and even his threeopponents mushroomed.

More Americans are embracing these stereotypes about Muslims, even though they are easily disproved.

For example, despite popular media portrayals of Muslims as more prone to violence or as being complicit in violence perpetrated by Muslims elsewhere in the world, ISPU research shows American Muslims overwhelmingly reject violence. They are more likely than the general public to reject violence carried out by the military against civilians and are as likely to reject individual actors targeting civilians.

The United States is dusting off its old regime-change playbook in Venezuela. Although the slogan has shifted from “restoring democracy” to “fighting narco-terrorists,” the objective remains the same, which is control of Venezuela’s oil. The methods followed by the US are familiar: (illegal) sanctions that strangle the economy, threats of force, and a $50 million bounty on Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro as if this were the Wild West.

The US is addicted to war. With the renaming of the Department of War, a proposed Pentagon budget of $1.01 trillion, and more than 750 military bases across some 80 countries, this is not a nation pursuing peace. For the past two decades, Venezuela has been a persistent target of US regime change. The motive, which is clearly laid out by President Donald Trump, is the roughly 300 billion barrels of oil reserves beneath the Orinoco belt, the largest petroleum reserves on the planet. 

What’s underway today is a typical US-led regime-change operation dressed up in the language of anti-drug interdiction. The US has amassed thousands of troops, warships, and aircraft in the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean. The president has boastfully authorized the CIA to conduct covert operations inside Venezuela.

America's criminal economic siege causing widespread suffering 

Even before the military strikes, US coercive sanctions have functioned as a siege engine. Obama built the sanctions framework in 2015, and Trump further weaponized it to topple Maduro. The claim was that “maximum pressure” would empower Venezuelans. In practice, the sanctions have caused widespread suffering.

As economist and renowned sanctions expert Francisco Rodríguez found in his study of the “Human Consequences of Economic Sanctions,” the result of the coercive US measures has been a catastrophic decline in Venezuelan living standards, starkly worsening health and nutrition, and dire harm to vulnerable populations.

The flimsy moral pretext today is the fight against narcotics, yet the real objective is to overthrow a sovereign government, and the collateral damage is the suffering of the Venezuelan people. If this sounds familiar, that’s because it is. The US has repeatedly undertaken (criminal) regime-change operations in pursuit of oil, uranium, banana plantations, pipeline routes, and other resources: Iran (1953), Guatemala (1954), Congo (1960), Chile (1973), Iraq (2003), Haiti (2004), Syria (2011), Libya (2011), and Ukraine (2014), just to name a few such cases. Now Venezuela is on the block.

Russia, and possibly even China, would feel obligated to enhance military support in response to a missile, air, or even drone strike on sovereign Venezuelan territory. Escalation would be almost inevitable.

The State Department’s cancellation of views that don’t coincide with its own, and the intelligence community leadership’s firing of senior analysts whose classified, honest analysis contradicted unfounded Administration allegations that Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro controls the Tren de Aragua gang and is using it to attack the United States have chilled collectors’ and analysts’ willingness to provide you unbiased, neutral, accurate intelligence.

We have seen this before – during numerous intelligence and foreign policy debacles, including the fake allegations about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. And we remember the disastrous consequences for the country and its leaders.

The U.S. government, under Presidents from both parties, has imposed sanctions to paralyze the country’s economy; identified, trained, and funded opponents, including some who have resorted to violence similar to that we accuse the government of; and – even more important – has supported several failed attempts to overthrow the Chávez and Maduro Governments (with varying levels of involvement), including a blatant attempt to assassinate Maduro in plain daylight.

The results have been disastrous for U.S. interests.

• Maduro has been better at mobilizing support on the street than at managing the economy, but U.S. sanctions – aimed to destroy an oil industry that accounts for 90 percent of national revenues – have been the overwhelming driver of the exodus of millions of Venezuelans to neighboring countries and the United States.
• Popular exhaustion from U.S. sanctions and, more recently, fear of U.S. military attacks have indeed fueled desperation among some Venezuelan citizens – who might welcome peace even at the expense of a coup – but Washington policies have actually unified Maduro’s leadership team.
• The military officers, who the U.S. apparently is counting on to rise up, fear what U.S. justice and a successor government will do to them. The administration’s designation of Maduro as the capo of the Cartel de los Soles, the existence of which is unproven, and as a “narcoterrorist” as president of a country that produces no drugs and has no direct hand in their transport, is evidence to the military that Washington could eventually make up whatever “facts” it wants to hunt them down too.          READ MORE

Germany can either continue being merely a defeated and militarily occupied country, or it can finally start on the road back to being a democracy; but, first, it would have to exit NATO, America’s military alliance against Russia.

 A 9,000-word detailed analytical report November 8th in Germany’s online “Neue Rheinische Zeitung” (New Rhine Newspaper) documents that Germany possesses only limited national sovereignty, especially regarding its foreign policies.

This report cites The Research Services of the German Bundestag (legislature) as having concluded that Germany, because of its limited national sovereignty (that it’s largely controlled from Washington), cannot on its own, quit its war against Russia (which war has been stated many times by Chancellor Friedrich Merz, former Foreign Affairs Minister Annalena Baerbock, and others), but can do so only if it first quits NATO, which then would free Germany to expel all foreign military forces on its soil and become again an independent country.

And the report makes clear that Germany CAN withdraw from NATO — it CAN do this. As the report says, according to Article 13 of the North Atlantic Treaty (29), the Federal Republic of Germany can withdraw from NATO at any time with only one year's notice. ...

As long as Germany complies with America’s hostility toward Russia, many of the best jobs in Germany will continue to become, instead, jobs in America, which isn’t merely Trump’s plan, but was ALSO Biden’s plan — and Germany’s energy-costs, which prior to Germany’s renewed war against Russia were purchasing the lowest-cost fuels, which were pipelined-in from Russia, are now three times as high because purchasing mainly fuels from across the Atlantic, in America. If Friedrich Merz were a patriot (instead of a foreign Government’s stooge), he would adopt the AfD policy to end Germany’s subservience to the U.S. Government, and would meet with Putin to see what his offers will be for Germany to end its renewed war against Russia. ...
