Welcome to this Edition of Democratic World Federalists and World Public Interest Journalism
The Earth Constitution, unlike the UN Charter, provides a well-thought-out World Judicial System with Enforcement. The UN General Assembly would be wise to study ways to adopt this new judicial global system. What's wrong with our present UN system? There's no world federal law enforcement to deal with leaders of rogue nations who are responsible for world crimes. From Hiroshima to Iraq to Gaza leaders of nations responsible for war crimes and crimes against humanity remain protected from the International Criminal Court, and the World Court. The UN General Assembly should join forces with the World Constitution & Parliament Association whose Earth Constitution is the needed antidote for a world out of control and going downward. -- Roger Kotila, PhD

Israel's Biblical Psychopathy

EXCERPTS
Israel as a Psychopathic State
The fact that Jews are today disproportionately represented among the elite (they form half of American billionaires, while representing only 2.4% of the population),[4] does not mean either that psychopathy is more prevalent among Jews. ...
The Biblical Virus
Israel’s collective psychopathy is not genetic, it is cultural, but it was formed in very ancient times, and so it is embedded in the ancestral subconscious (whatever that is): it ultimately comes from the jealous god invented by the Levites to control the starving tribes they set out to conquer Palestine some three thousand years ago. ...
Yahweh, “the god of Israel,” is an angry and lonely volcano god who manifests toward all other gods an implacable hatred, and ends up considering them as non-gods, him being, in fact, the only true god. This very clearly characterizes him as a psychopath among gods. ... Yahweh is essentially, says Assmann, a theoclastic god: “You must completely destroy all the places where the nations you dispossess have served their gods, ...
Yahweh may be a character of fiction, but his hold on the Jewish mind is nevertheless real. “To appeal to a crazy, violent father, and for three thousand years, that is what it is to be a crazy Jew!”[9] said Smilesburger in Philip Roth’s Operation Shylock. ...
... The sole criterion for approval by Yahweh is obedience to his arbitrary laws and commands. To slaughter treacherously hundreds of prophets of Baal is good, because it is the will of Yahweh (1Kings 18). To show mercy to the king of the Amalekites is bad, because when Yahweh says, “kill everyone,” he means “everyone” (1Samuel 15). In the biblical historiography, the fate of the Jewish people depends on them following Yahweh’s orders, no matter how insane.

"Complicity = the state of being an accomplice in the commission of a criminal act
The Problem With (Criminal) Complicity (for Americans)
Philip Balboni

The majority of Americans cannot accept their complicity because they cannot face the truth about the country to which their identity is so tightly bound.
EXCERPTS
We must convince our fellow Americans, not of their (again, incontrovertible) complicity, but of the fact that an unchecked, unethical, and frankly psychopathic foreign policy establishment serves none of our own interests as Americans: our interests of living in a prosperous society, a respected nation, and a peaceful world.
...The second reason that the charge of complicity is ineffective is that accepting complicity requires accepting the reality of what we are complicit in, viz., the enormity of suffering for which our country is, wholly or in part, responsible. Facing this responsibility can be incredibly painful. Trained from birth to believe in American exceptionalism and intrinsic goodness, most of us flee from the awful truth that the country we love has been, as often as not, a global chaos agent. When the reality of complicity becomes impossible to deny, the effect on the psyche can be truly catastrophic. To truly contemplate the extent of our complicity opens us to the tragic fate of airman Aaron Bushnell, whose final words before self-immolation were that he could ‘not remain complicit’ in America’s support for genocide.

Defunding UNRWA Makes US Complicit in Genocide
Phyllis Bennis

EXCERPTS
Earlier this year, the International Court of Justice ruled that Israel’s actions in Gaza plausibly constitute genocide. ...
Unfortunately, Israel was having none of it. Israel’s killings have continued, with over 30,000 Palestinians in Gaza now dead and tens of thousands more at risk of dying from hunger and disease. Precious little aid is getting in.
... Most of Gaza’s doctors, nurses, teachers, engineers and street sweepers are United Nations Relief & Works Agency employees. Without UNRWA, all the other U.N. agencies and nonprofits would be unable to carry out their crucial work in the region.
The impact of these cuts on the already threatened lives of 2.3 million displaced Gazans —as well as millions more Palestinian refugees in the West Bank, Jordan, Lebanon, and Syria — can hardly be overstated. Defunding the agency further undermines Palestinians’ access to water, food, medicine, shelter, and fuel—and alongside ongoing U.S. military support for Israel, makes Washington complicit in genocide.
Thousands of Palestinians — especially babies, children, pregnant women, and the elderly— will die as a result of these cuts. ...

America’s Being a Dictatorship, Not a Democracy, Has Now Become Obvious

EXCERPTS
Never before (except perhaps regarding its own Indians in the 1800s) has the U.S. Government participated in a genocide, but ever since at least October 16th when both Egypt and Jordan decided that under no circumstances would they cooperate with Israel’s plan to get rid of the Gazans and to take Gaza for Jewish settlers, the U.S. Government has been totally isolated internationally in backing Israel, and in being the only supplier to Israel of the crucial weapons, bombs, and other ammunition, to either exterminate the Gazans, or else drive them out into other countries — but, in either case, to ethnically cleanse Gaza of its current population.
So: none of the billionaire-backed candidates is worth a damn to any democracy, and those are the only candidates who stand a chance to become elected President on November 5th. Most of the campaign money comes from America’s nearly a thousand billionaires; and no candidate who isn’t backed by any of them stands any significant chance to win.

EXCERPTS
...All this once again testifies to the incredible passivity of the international community and the great powers towards the massacre following Israel’s retaliation following the October 7 attack.
Evidently the USA, UK, Russia and France each have their hands tied exclusively towards Israel for their own reasons.
The United States due to the importance of the Israel lobby within it, the ADL, the support/identification given to Israel by Christian fundamentalists, etc.
The United Kingdom from the Balfour Declaration onwards, from the role the Rothschild family played in the founding and protection of Israel.
Russia because it is already quite involved in the war in Ukraine. And that alone means enough troubles to get involved in more others troubles.
France due to the growing difficulties it encounters in its African colonial policy, the CFA Franc, etc., and due to the strength of the Israeli lobby, present everywhere and also in Paris, where it must keep public order in the Arab banlieues under control... Germany and Italy, in addition to not being sovereign countries, (!) have still an inferiority complex due to their common belonging to the Axis during WWII. And then they are both countries that today have a very faithful puppet government of the USA…
China is therefore the only major world power that does not appear to have its hands tied with Israel.
As such China could lead as a leader of a number of BRICS countries of a United Nations Force Intervention Brigade or of a Peace enforcement force under the auspices of the United Nations. Possibly even without the approval of the UN Security Council… as the Westerners already did. This operation could prove to be a very good investment in terms of image in international public relations for China and an upgrade of its humanitarian law standards in this case proven to be much above those of other countries.

Einstein Wanted World Government (One World Digest)
Lawrence S. Wittner

Dear Bulletin of Atomic Scientists,
I would like to know why the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists avoids publishing articles about the fact that Einstein wanted world government, and fails to report on current strategies underway to achieve world government? There are organizations like the World Constitution & Parliament Association developing a bold movement for a "new UN" under the Earth Constitution.
If Einstein were alive today, he would want the Bulletin to keep its readers updated on WCPA's progress, or lack of progress, towards establishing world federal government ("new UN") utilizing the WCPA's Earth Constitution as a guide, model and authority for the UN General Assembly to launch Charter Review under Article 109-3.
To completely eliminate weapons of mass destruction (and end war) I believe, like Einstein, that only world (federal) government is realistic. I believe that the Bulletin should acknowledge and publicize Einstein's views.
Best regards,
Dr. Roger Kotila

Foreign Policy in Focus: Einstein’s Postwar Campaign to Save the World from Nuclear Destruction
Lawrence S. Wittner: “Despite the dashing of his hopes for postwar action to end the nuclear menace, Einstein lent his support over the following years to peace, nuclear disarmament, and world government projects. The most important of these ventures occurred in 1955, when Bertrand Russell, like Einstein, a proponent of world federation, conceived the idea of issuing a public statement by a small group of the world’s most eminent scientists about the existential peril nuclear weapons brought to modern war.”
