EARTH CONSTITUTION WATCH
[One of the remarkable features of the Earth Constitution is that it is the first "green" constitution ever drafted. I imagine one day in the future filling up my "gas" tank with water (H2O) from which clean hydrogen energy is extracted! ~ Roger Kotila, Ph.D. Editor, DWF NEWS.]
Will hydrogen power become an energy "game-changer"?
India's new hydrogen train is a different beast
Rail cars powered by new fuel cell technology will run in a 89-km stretch carrying up to 2,600 travelers at 75 kph
EXCERPTS
India has rolled out a hydrogen train service as a pilot project using fuel-cell technology, joining an elite four-nation group that operates these trains.
The pilot project is envisaged to test hydrogen technology, as the world’s most populous country embraces clean technologies for the travel needs of its 1.4 billion citizens. Only Germany, Japan, the US, and China have hydrogen-powered rail services.
Hydrogen fuel-cells convert hydrogen to electricity using an electrochemical process to run the train. The by-products are water vapor and heat, making it an attractive alternative to diesel, which emits carbon dioxide, soot, and other exhaust gases.

Why is America backing Israeli State terrorism when it is a question of human ethics, not party politics?
Not a matter of Left vs. Right. A matter of right vs. wrong
Don Hank donhank.substack.com
Apparently America is the definition of "good" and everything that opposes it is evil. That is how we have always seen the world as Americans. But we were wrong.
It is only a matter of time that Israel will be whittled down to size and frog-marched out of the Middle East.
But that is probably measured in years or decades. Thanks to the most dangerous ideology in the word at this moment, ie, “Christian” Zionism, and its adherents, mostly older Americans, it may be decades before this ideology is reduced to a manageable size and as a result, AIPAC is thrown out of the American body politic, but by that time, it could be too late to save the remaining Palestinians.
A tragedy is happening in full view of everyone and, for now, we are largely helpless to stop it.
The 21st Century Holocaust is happening under our noses and is being normalized as we speak and there is nothing we can do to stop it.
That is a tragedy of epic proportions and we are allowing it to happen and in fact, supporting it with our tax dollars. It is not a matter of Left and Right but the biggest moral failure perhaps of all time.
Unlike the first Holocaust of the 30s and 40s in Germany, this time there are no constraints on reporting. Very few limits on the news appearing in social media. Photos of emaciated babies or of children shot in the head or heart, which is very common. Israel is not trying for the most part to hide it and prominent government officials to whom we award exorbitant amounts of money and ammunition and other support to enable the IDF to kill the only organizations that resist, labeling them “terrorists” and fighting their main sponsor, Iran, bombing it and bombing even children, passing this off as keeping the “free” world secure.
Even threatening to murder a civilization with no restraints whatsoever, posing as a “moral” nation, our next-most-prominent citizen, secretary of state Marco Rubio, usurping the role of vice president, fiercely threatening the World Court for its labeling of the terrorist nation of Israel as a terrorist, which is what it is.
He feigns anger at the Court for daring to call the Holy Land a terrorist, and yet that is exactly what it is. So he is calling for the disbanding of that body for telling the undeniable truth.
And he stands to become the next president of the United States of America. And he may get the majority of our votes because that is how stupid we are.
How low we fallen. How shameless.
Ironically, it is the “Christians” who most staunchly uphold this sacrilege.
The Bible says “Woe unto those who call good evil and evil good.”
Christians have always thought this applied to Israelites living in the BC, but never have they been able to apply it to themselves.
But it is they who are the greatest sinners and have fallen the farthest from grace.
Why can’t they see it? READ MORE

A New York mayor threatens to arrest Benjamin Netanyahu
Mamdani Says He Is Examining Whether His Government Can Arrest Netanyahu During NYC Visit
Julia Conley Common Dreams

In a wide-ranging interview with The New York Times Saturday, New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani made clear that he plans to take any action available to him to ensure the city complies with the International Criminal Court’s warrant for the arrest of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if the opportunity arises.
Netanyahu, said Mamdani, “belongs in The Hague,” and he is currently examining whether his government has the authority to arrest the prime minister if he visits the city for the United Nations General Assembly in September.
“He’s a war criminal who has been charged by the International Criminal Court,” said the mayor. “I will follow the laws that we have here in New York City because I believe that there is an importance in following the law as a leader who presides over our city.”
In November 2024, the ICC issued a warrant for Netanyahu, former Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, and Hamas leader Mohammed Diab Ibrahim Al-Masri, who was killed by Israeli forces. Netanyahu was accused of crimes against humanity and war crimes in Gaza, where Israel began a relentless assault in 2023 in retaliation for a Hamas-led attack.
Israel and its top military funder, the US government, have insisted that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have been targeting Hamas in attacks that are still continuing in Gaza despite a ceasefire that was reached last October.
But evidence has steadily mounted that children, aid workers, refugee camps, schools, and hospitals have been attacked, and experts found last year that Israel was intentionally starving Palestinians in Gaza as a method of warfare.
More than 73,000 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza, and more than 173,000 people have been wounded. Israeli attacks have made Gaza home to the largest number of child amputees in the world, and have decimated over 90% of housing units in the exclave. READ MORE

Signs of panic? US officials may fear that their world crimes will one day catch up with them
Rubio Threatens to 'Teach the ICC'-- Which Prosecutes War Crimes--the 'Full Meaning of American Resolve'

“Is the secretary of state worried because he knows US personnel committed war crimes in Iran?”
EXCERPTS
In a February 6, 2025 executive order, Trump declared “a national emergency to address” the purported “threat” posed by the ICC and announced sanctions against court officials, including its judges. The president’s order cited the ICC’s “investigations concerning personnel of the United States and certain of its allies, including Israel,” which is also not party to the Rome Statute.
In November 2024, the ICC issued arrest warrants against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former defense minister, Yoav Gallant, for alleged war crimes committed in the Gaza Strip.
Rubio warned in an op-ed in The Wall Street Journal on Monday that US officials accused of international crimes could be next to face ICC action.

Is Trump's NSPM-7 a last gasp attempt to save the US Administration's neo-Nazi criminal empire?
Inside COINTELPRO 2.0 and the new State Surveillance crackdown
Caitlin Johnstone Consortium News

It seems the United States is looking at a reinvigorated COINTELPRO for the 2020s, this time with police drones and AI-assisted mass surveillance. The empire managers aren’t ramping up authoritarianism because it’s easy and fun; they’re doing it because they need to. They are afraid. They know they’re losing their grip, and they know that they are vastly outnumbered by the ordinary human beings who just want a better world for their children.
EXCERPTS
The Trump administration has announced a renewed crusade against “far-left terrorism,” which sounds okay if you don’t know that the word “terrorism” only ever means “behavior which goes against the agendas of the western empire.”
The United States has for example placed sanctions on U.N. special rapporteur Francesca Albanese for calling attention to Israeli atrocities in Gaza, justifying the move by claiming the human rights expert has “expressed support for terrorism”. In the U.K., police have been arresting people on terrorism charges just for holding signs which say “I oppose genocide, I support Palestine Action”.
Journalist Ken Klippenstein reports that according to leaked documents from Marco Rubio’s State Department, groups to be targeted under the new marching orders will include “violent far-left and anarchist networks and other violent extremist actors,” as well as “violent pro-Iranian and antisemitic networks” and “militant anti-tech and eco-terrorist movements.”
The move is premised on a White House memo known as NSPM-7, a directive that critics have been warning about for months due to its dangerously authoritarian implications and lack of congressional approval. In the words of Trump advisor Stephen Miller, NSPM-7 “directs, for the first time in American history, all of our law enforcement and intelligence agencies to work together to disrupt, identify, defund, debank, arrest, and prosecute these political terrorists that are operating in our country.”
But the fact that this is happening in the first place should inspire hope, not despair. The empire managers aren’t ramping up authoritarianism because it’s easy and fun; they’re doing it because they need to. They know they’re losing their grip, and they know that they are vastly outnumbered by the ordinary human beings who just want a better world for their children.
They are afraid. And they are afraid because they are losing. READ MORE

Dr. Cheikh Anta Diop and Dr. Kwame Nkrumah Views
13 Jul 2026 – Dr. Cheikh Anta Diop, physicist, historian, anthropologist and politician, must be rolling and tumbling in his grave, along with Kwame Nkrumah, W.E.B. DuBois and Frantz Fanon, as we witness the Xenophobia or Afrophobia taking place in South Africa these days in 2026. These giants of Black intellectual preeminence championed the project of a continental state of Africa. For Diop, “a continental federation is an urgently vital necessity for the totality of African peoples…it is the precondition for our collective survival” (Great African Thinkers, Ed. Ivan Van Sertima, Transaction Books, Oxford, p. 252).
My forty years marriage to Liziwe Buitumelo Kunene, a South African Zulu woman, gave me intimate knowledge of the subtle and overt chauvinism of too many Zulu people. In spite of our genuine love and abiding companionship, when I began research and writing a biography of her father, Dr. Daniel Pule Kunene, our relationship nearly unraveled beyond repair.
So, I got a good taste of the so-called “born-frees” as this generation of chauvinistic South Africans call themselves; who believe that they are exclusively and solely responsible for ending Apartheid. To me they are blissfully unaware and profoundly ignorant of the continental and global support South Africa received: welcoming and succoring its emigrants and fighters. The support and comradeship South African exiles experienced with Black Americans and organizations like Trans Africa. Diop and Mandela must be taking another tumble in their graves. Undaunted, I finished and published my third book, The Biography, Daniel Pule Kunene with Africa World Press.
In a broader context, Cheikh Anta Diop was haunted by what he had foreseen as the “South-Americanization” of the African continent- with coup after coup; haunted by Simon Bolivar’s failure to unite the South American continent into a single bloc. Diop avers that what has been lacking are national leaderships which could set an example. “Political selfishness” he states, “is killing Africa; it’s the basis of the problem. Once African interests become merely a pretext for individual selfishness, instability necessarily rears its head (Van Sertima, p.149).
One might recall the Zulu chauvinists Gatsha Buthelezi of the 1980s and the corrupt and still trouble-making former President of South Africa Jacob Zuma, in the 2000s, whose Zulu mob-followers are, apparently, behind the March-and-March movement to expel migrant workers and small shopkeepers from Ghana, Nigeria, Mozambique and other African countries. Devastating UN Report documents Israeli slaughter of Gaza's youth by deployed snipers, high-yield bombs, and enforced starvation
Israel continues to commit genocide and other atrocity crimes by deliberately targeting Palestinian children
Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights
EXCERPTS
GENEVA – Israeli authorities and security forces have deliberately targeted Palestinian children resulting in genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes in the Gaza Strip and war crimes in the West Bank, the UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and Israel said in a new report today.
“The evidence shows that Palestinian children have been deliberately targeted and killed by the Israeli security forces,” said Srinivasan Muralidhar, Chair of the Commission. “Even after the October 2025 ceasefire, children continue to be killed and seriously injured, with continued disregard by Israel for the ceasefire and for the protection owed to Palestinian children under international law.”
Severe physical and mental injuries, mass trauma, orphanhood, separation, disability, repeated displacements, starvation, and the collapse of education and healthcare have erased childhood and will continue to affect children in Gaza throughout their lives.
... Starvation imposed by Israel through blockade and siege have further caused the death of Palestinian children and severely impacted the health of many others, depriving them of essential nutrition and increasing disease risks amid reduced immunization, food insecurity and destroyed health services.
“Based on the clustering of injuries and the targeted body parts, I assess that the Israeli soldiers have been deliberately shooting teenage boys in a game of target practice – a different body part being targeted on different days… There is a very clear pattern that suggest this is a deliberate aiming of different body parts [of children].” - A doctor who visited Gaza on medical mission.
The Commission has investigated and documented cases demonstrating a consistent pattern of children being deliberately targeted by the Israeli security forces in Gaza. These include cases of children being shot while trying to evacuate with their families and in places of refuge such as displacement camps, food distribution sites or other locations across Gaza.64
Several doctors also told the Commission that, after May 2025, they treated children with gunshot wounds by snipers and quadcopters who were en route to or at the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) aid sites. Israeli soldiers have admitted to shooting unarmed Palestinians, including children, at GHF sites
Depiction of Palestinian children as ‘terrorist’ and admission by Israeli soldiers of targeting children 76. The Commission found that Palestinian children in Gaza have been explicitly depicted as “terrorists” by Israeli officials in their speeches, statements and rhetoric in the Israeli Knesset, media and social media.
On 9 October 2023, a member of Knesset and deputy speaker of the Knesset, Nissim Vaturi, posted on social media: “Erase Gaza. Nothing else will satisfy us. It is not acceptable that we maintain a terrorist authority next to Israel. Do not leave a child there expel all the remaining ones at the end, so that they will not have a resurrection.”76
On 30 January 2025, he again said: “Gaza is full of terrorists and every child born there is already a terrorist, from the moment of his birth.”
Extermination and wilful killing 266.
In its report to the Human Rights Council in June 2024, the Commission found, in relation to Israeli military operations in Gaza, that the chapeau elements for crimes against humanity had been fulfilled and that underlying acts of murder and extermination, as crimes against humanity, had been committed by the Israeli authorities and security forces. 317
The Commission made these findings based on direct and indirect means of killing, such as the targeting of the civilian population and the intentional infliction of conditions of life, including through starvation, blocking of humanitarian aid and assistance, and the destruction of structures, such as medical facilities, that are essential for the population’s survival. 267.
The Israeli security forces have intentionally killed Palestinian children through airstrikes on densely populated residential areas using high payload munitions and weapons with wide-area impact,318 and through direct targeting of children.319 268.
In relation to attacks on residential areas, the Israeli security forces knowingly and foreseeably caused child deaths by launching continuous intensive airstrikes on densely populated areas, deploying large-yield bombs calibrated for maximum casualties, contributing to the fact that 27 percent of those killed or wounded in Gaza between 7 October 2023 and 7 October 2025 were children. These deliberate attacks wiped out entire families across two or three or even four generations, with the Israeli security forces fully aware that children would be present and that children, with their small fragile bodies, have a higher chance of death and serious injury in such attacks.
C. Torture and other inhumane acts 276. The Commission identified a pattern337 of severe and deliberate mistreatment systematically inflicted upon Palestinian children, particularly boys, while detained by Israeli security forces and Israeli prison services (or Shabas).
The mistreatment included: forced stripping to their underwear constituting gendered degradation; prolonged blindfolding to induce disorientation and vulnerability; prolonged forced kneeling on gravel or asphalt or other hard and sharp surfaces causing pain, lacerations and abrasions; severe beatings and kicks deliberately targeting vulnerable areas including the head, face, torso, genitals and extremities; terrorizing with dogs; being detained with adult male detainees in the same cells; and being subjected to detrimental and inhuman detention conditions, such as deprivation of food and water, unsanitary and overcrowded cells, prolonged sleep deprivation, exposure to extreme temperatures and systematic denial of medical care despite evident injuries or illness.
