Provisional World Parliament

Earth Constitution Talking Points, a "new UN"

Roger Kotila, Ph.D. earthfederation.info

WORLD PUBLIC INTEREST JOURNALISM

There is much confusion surrounding "world government." This fact is unfortunate because top thinkers such as Einstein and other world federalists concluded that only world government can end war. Changing the UN to a democratic world federation is part of the solution. In my personal opinion, it is the only solution.

In this issue of DWF NEWS we offer "Talking Points" in support of the EARTH CONSTITUTION -- a world constitution brilliantly drafted over 30 years by the World Constitution & Parliament Association, designed to replace the fatally flawed United Nations Charter. The UN is hopelessly undemocratic with 187 nations denied voting rights reserved only for the Security Council's P-5.

The Earth Constitution Movement is having the 16th Session of its Provisional World Parliament to meet in India in December, 2025. Part of WCPA's future strategy is to join forces with a select group of nations in the UN General Assembly to introduce the EARTH CONSTITUTION as a model, guide and authority to establish a "new UN," one capable of ending war itself. - R. Netanyahu want it all, and says so

Now Netanyahu Admits He Wants the Rest of the Middle East

Don Hank & Dr. Muhammad al-Ayyubi

Netanyahu just said it. He wants it all, and Arab kings and princes are handing it to him on silver platters

Don Hank writes:

Well-informed analysts have known for years that the TRUE goal of Israel has always been to seize all or part of these countriesSome of these countries, like Syria – at least under Assad, and Lebanon – at least the grassroots and Hezbollah Resistance (the de facto Lebanese defenders) – sensed the danger and resisted, and still resist, fiercely.

However, the pro-American Gulf States, notably Saudi Arabia, have been their own worst enemies, signing the Abram Accords and cooperating with the Israelis who have been salivating over their territory from the get-go. Nonetheless, these dictators are in essence, selling their Arab land to Israel in cooperation with the US elites.

Without the shameful lies of the Western elites in government and the media, with the full support of the Satanic synagogues called “churches”, there would long have been peace in the Middle East, but the US regime now even outlawed the organization Palestine Action for wanting to end the Israeli genocide. Law and constitutions, as well as the Christian religion, have been turned on their heads in order to protect the criminal enterprise Israel.

Dr. Muhammad al-Ayyubi writes:

When Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declares his deep commitment to the vision of a "Greater Israel" extending between the Nile and the Euphrates, this cannot be viewed as an isolated event or a temporary reaction. What Netanyahu told i24 was nothing more than a direct revelation of a truth that has been hidden since the inception of the Zionist project: its organic connection to the Western imperial plan, particularly the American one, which views Israel as an advanced base for controlling the Middle East.

Talk of the "Promised Land" is not just a religious narrative, but a political tool used to give a false moral legitimacy to expansionism. Just as myths of "discovery" were used to justify the genocide of indigenous peoples in North America, today biblical myths are used to justify the annexation of Palestinian land and the threat to Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, and Syria.

More dangerously, Netanyahu is addressing not only the Israeli domestic audience but also the Christian right-wing in the United States, which sees Israel as a tool for fulfilling its prophecies about the end of the world. Here, religious ideology intersects with strategic interests: Israel is a colonial power protected from accountability, supported by Western funding and weapons, working to reshape the region's political geography in favor of Washington's hegemony.

From this perspective, Netanyahu's statements are not a deviation, but rather complete consistency with the role assigned to Israel since 1948: expansion when circumstances permit, consolidation of gains through rigged peace agreements, and the use of military force when the opportunity for compromise has faded. Challenging the Moral & Ethical Right of Zionist Israel to Exist

Alternate Reality Israel, And Other Reader Questions

Caitlin Johnstone

The most fictional fantasy land every authored is not Oz, Narnia or Middle Earth, but the liberal Zionist creation of Alternate Reality Israel.

EXCERPTS THAT MAY PENETRATE THE MIND AND SOUL

The problem, of course, is that Alternate Reality Israel does not exist, and has never existed. There is no alternate version of Israel that anyone can point to which does not include genocide, apartheid and abuse. The Zionist experiment has been run, and what we see before us is the one and only result of that experiment. This is it. ...

So when someone says they are “for Israel” but against Israel’s occupation and genocide, maybe ask them which “Israel” they are referring to. It can’t possibly be the one that exists in this universe, because they said they oppose occupation and genocide. So where is it? Do they have some sort of magical crystal ball which enables them to peer into an alternate universe where Israel somehow isn’t doing these things? Show me this kindly, beneficent version of Israel, please.

There isn’t any. There never has been. It turns out it was always impossible to create a new state where people were already living and say that a new group of people gets to show up by the millions and run things there, without it looking like nonstop mass-scale abuse. There was never any magical way for that to happen in a way that aligns with human rights and liberal values. Israel was always headed toward this, and everything we’re witnessing is the result of what Israel has always been.

WHAT ABOUT UKRAINE, DOES IT HAVE A RIGHT TO EXIST?

Timothy on YouTube asks [Caitlin], “Why do you not support Zelensky?”

Anyone who still supports Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky is against Ukraine, because Zelensky is acting directly against the will of the overwhelming majority of Ukrainians. Ukrainian men are being violently assaulted and dragged off to fight in a war that a supermajority of Ukrainians now oppose. A recent Gallup poll found that 69 percent of Ukrainians now want a negotiated end to the fighting as soon as possible, with only 24 percent wanting to push on to victory.

But I also opposed the proxy war from the very beginning, because it was a completely unnecessary waste of human life which risked nuclear armageddon and could have been easily avoided with a little diplomacy. It is an extensively documented fact that this war was actively provoked by NATO powers, which was why so many western experts and analysts spent years warning ahead of time that the west’s actions were going to lead to war in Ukraine.  READ MORE

Who is really 'stupid',Trump or the American and European public?

Trump Said It: "There's No Better Word Than Stupid."

Edward Curtin   Greanville Post

EXCERPTS

For anyone who still thinks Donald Trump does not represent the interests of what is called “the deep state” but is actually the shallow or official U.S. state, it is time to think again. ...

... Trump knows little but bullying and the use of the English language as a hammer. “I’m very highly educated,” he has said, without a scintilla of irony, “I know words, I know the best words. But there’s no better word than stupid.”

During his campaign for the presidency, Trump used words more than fifty times to say that he would end the war in Ukraine “within twenty-four hours” of assuming the presidency. He could have accomplished this on day one by issuing an executive order (besides all he did issue), stopping all military aid to Ukraine, but he didn’t. Seven months of game-playing have elapsed and the war goes on with Trump’s backing laced with doubletalk about how he is seeking peace in Ukraine, is a man of peace, is bringing all American troops back home, and of course he gave a grateful ah-shucks when his brother-in-genocide, Benjamin Netanyahu, showed him a letter nominating him for the Nobel Peace Prize.

... in his first term, he often talked of withdrawing from NATO but never did; NATO, in fact, expanded under his watch. He talked about ending the U.S./NATO support for Ukraine’s bombing of Russian-speaking areas of eastern Ukraine, only to withdraw from the Minsk Accords and send military equipment to Ukraine to bomb those areas. A mimic of the severest neurotic, he reverses himself so often that it is obvious that it is a part of the strategic script he is performing. Confuse, confound, keep the audience in constant anticipation of the switch-back.

It assumes as well that Trump’s support for Israel and its genocide of the Palestinians is somehow divorced from the U.S.’s overall geopolitical strategy throughout the Middle East, West Asia, Eastern Europe, Russia,-- and its desperate efforts throughout the world to counter the ascendency of the BRICS nations (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, Egypt, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates) as the U.S. debt skyrockets and its world dominance diminishes.

... I am convinced that the US/NATO war against Russia will not be ending unless NATO is dissolved, which Trump is not proposing. He only wishes to strengthen NATO with European money, not that of the U.S. NATO’s only current raison d’être is to destroy Russia as an independent country and create regime change there through multiple means. This has long been so. It is why the Obama administration engineered a coup d’état in Ukraine in 2014. It is why NATO has existed for so long and has expanded. Open warfare in Ukraine is just one means among many they have used over the years. ...  READ MORE

Jewish intellectual demands an end to mass murder and apartheid, and says two state solution a must

Open Letter to Israel Foreign Minister Sa'ar

Jeffrey Sachs

EXCERPTS

I write to you following your speech at the United Nations Security Council on August 5. ...

In your speech your failed to recognize why almost the entire world, including many Jews such as myself, are aghast at your government’s behavior. In the view of most of the world, with which I concur, Israel is engaged in mass murder and starvation; you would not have known it from your speech. You failed to acknowledge that Israel has caused the deaths to date of some 18,500 Palestinian children, whose names were recently listed by The Washington Post. You blamed all the mass murder of civilians by Israeli forces on Hamas, even as the world watches video clips every day of Israeli forces killing starving civilians in cold blood as they approach food distribution points. You lamented the starvation of 20 hostages but failed to mention Israel’s starvation of 2 million Palestinians. You failed to mention that your own prime minister worked actively over the years to fund Hamas, as The Times of Israel has documented.

Your government is committed to the permanent occupation of all of Palestine and stands in violent, unrelenting opposition to a sovereign State of Palestine. The founding platform of Likud in 1977 hides nothing in this regard, declaring openly that “between the Sea and the Jordan there will only be Israeli sovereignty.” To accomplish this, Israel demonizes the Palestinian people and crushes them physically, through mass starvation, murder, ethnic cleansing, administrative detention, torture, land seizures, and other forms of brutal repression. You yourself shamefully declared that “all Palestinian factions” support terrorism.

Your counterpart at the U.N. Security Council session, Palestinian Ambassador Riyad Mansour, declared just the opposite. He stated clearly: “The solution is ending this illegal occupation and ending this disastrous conflict; it is the realization of the independence and sovereignty of the Palestinian state, not its destruction; it is the fulfillment of our rights, not their continued denial; it is respect for international law, not its trampling; it is the implementation of the two-state solution, not a one state reality with Palestinians condemned to genocide, ethnic cleansing, or apartheid.”

Israel stands against almost the entire world in its endeavor to block the two-state solution. Already, 147 countries recognize the State of Palestine, and many more will soon do so. One-hundred and seventy U.N. member states recently voted in support of the right of the Palestinian people to political self-determination, with only six opposed (Argentina, Israel, Micronesia, Nauru, Paraguay, United States). READ MORE

Condemn All UN Member States: They Spend 100 Times More on Militarism Than on the Entire UN System

Jan Oberg, Ph.D.      Transcend Media Service

“UNITED NATIONS, Aug 12 2025 (IPS) – The United Nations, facing a liquidity crisis, has been threatening to lay-off about 20 percent of its estimated 37,000 employees world-wide: a proposed move that has triggered widespread protests from staff unions both in New York and Geneva.”

 EXCERPTS

This is a situation that every thinking person should condemn in the strongest possible terms: The UN must cut down, while the rest of the world, the West in particular with its 5% of the GNP, invests perverse sums in militarism and war, while other, cheaper and more efficient, peace-making means are available.

World military expenditure reached $2718 billion in 2024, an increase of 9.4 per cent in real terms from 2023 and the steepest year-on-year rise since at least the end of the cold war, SIPRI has just told the world.

No reaction! No outrage!

Here are key facts about the United Nations’ budget:

The General Assembly has approved a $3.72 billion budget for the United Nations for 2025. The UN regular budget funds the core administrative costs of the organisation, including the UN General Assembly, Security Council, Secretariat, International Court of Justice, special political missions, and human rights entities.

“The biggest single item of expenditure is (UN) peacekeeping, which costs $9 billion across all agencies ($7.9 billion via DPKO). Much of the rest is spent on humanitarian assistance (e.g. $ 4.5 billion from the World Food Programme, $3.2 billion from the High Commissioner for Refugees, $2.3 billion from UNICEF – the children’s fund) or development programmes (e.g. $5 billion from the UN Development Programme). Overall $14.9 billion is spent on humanitarian assistance and $12 billion on development programmes.”

Thus, these main items make roughly US$ 31 billion: 4 + 15 + 12 for all the United Nations does in our world.

Thus, the UN has 1.1% of the world’s military expenditures to do good worldwide.

And as of 7 August 2025, only 119 Member States have paid their regular budget assessments in full.

There exists no way the world can move towards a future with more peace and less violence as long as these priorities continue – and continue un-discussed as if they were natural, normal and healthy. The reality is that the global system is fundamentally sick, militarising itself to death. Period.  READ MORE
